Our garage door springs broke and after making a appointment within 24 hours Printes came out with all the necessary parts on his service truck to install a new upgraded spring kit. We were able to schedule an appointment in less than 24 hours. Tony arrived on time, assessed the issue, gave us a price and completed the repair in less than 2 hours! The price was extremely reasonable and the work was perfect. Additionally, Tony's customer service skills were fantastic. We had trouble this morning. 5/27/23. Called around 11:30am. Scheduled between 2-4. Same day.. Received a call about 1:00 Jason asked if he could come ahead which was great. He arrived we had received a picture of him and his bio. He did the checklist and let us know what was needed installed all was needed. Terrific job. 5 Stars!!! This is the 2nd time we have used Precision. We love that they are very upfront about everything - They send you texts as updates and reminders - the service person calls prior to arrival. We have been very pleased with their professional conduct and quick response. We highly recommend their service. We were in need of electrical board replacement in both our garage door motors.

Garage door spring broke @ 0330 this morning as I was attempting to head to airport, go figure lol. I called precision door & was given an appt. Printes the installer called when he was on his way, 1000 am. He showed up on schedule & definitely knew his stuff, he made it look easy. A definite asset to the company. 5 star experience for sure, if I need svc again I’ll be callin precision. Word of mouth speaks volumes & I’ll do my part to spread the word ! Well done !

This will be 1 of 3 reviews- Our sales experience was exceptional. Initally we requested a quote to repair a 60 year old garage door. Unforunatley, the parts are no longer available. The salesman, Printes Creasy, was very knowledgeable regarding Precisions products. He thoroughly went over all the options from the low end to high end and was able to email all quotes while on site. No high pressure sales push to buy that day. Printes told us if or when we made our decision to contact him and he would come back for final measurements. We did some research and finally decided on the one to purchase. We contacted Prentice, he came measured and explained all the fine details of the sale, and gave us an approximate timeline for installation. Prentice is very respectful, calls ahead regarding his arrival time, and is great at communicating. 5 stars for sales! The 2nd review will be regarding installation process and quality of product.

Sales team is horrible. I was told it would only take 6 weeks to have it installed and it turned into almost 8 months. Would not return calls or keep me informed of the status. It even got to the point where I was ready to cancel the contract and let them keep the money I had already pain. Price was comparable to two other quotes I got.

We need a repair on one of our garage door springs and approximately two years ago Precision repaired the other door so we knew what we were going to get. Our existing spring set up was 20+ years old and that set up is no longer the norm, so Brandon walked us through all of our options. He was very patient and answered all of our questions and concerns and never pressured us to make a decision. He replaced our set up with a new lifetime warranty set up which we determined was the best option for us. Thank you Brandon for taking the time to listen to us and provide us with the best solution.
