My garage door opener suddenly 'deprogrammed" itself over the weekend, so I called Precision first thing Monday am. Jonathan Lane was at my house before noon and took care of the quickly and efficiently. He made sure the remotes were working, and also reprogrammed the vehicle. Very attentive service. Jonathan was a pleasure to speak with, and he also did a safety check and cleaned up a few things. All done professionally. Highly recommended.

Needed broken door repaired or replaced on a Saturday. Called 3 companies, all advertised Saturday service but Precision Door was the only one who was able to come that day. My car was “trapped” inside with door partially open. Kendrick Travis arrived around 2 pm, immediately got to work freeing my car and making sure the door was lowered securing the garage. He was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all my questions while continuing to work on the door. After finishing that phase, he gave me a repair estimate then, after I asked, he gave me the replacement quote. Exceeded expectations! My spring broke in the afternoon, and they were available to come first thing the next morning. They were prompt, had all the tools/parts to repair it immediately, and left it even better than before. Our technician, Kendrick, was top notch. Very knowledgeable and very kind! Preston Waddell came to my house to replace springs and a new belt drive operator. I can't say enough about the expertise and workmanship. He even trimmed the emergency pull cord and burned the end of the nylon cord so it wouldn't fray in the future. Great Customer Service. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Called at 10 and the technician arrived by 1:00. New opener was installed in around an hour. Extremely quick response to my request for service door was beginning to bind when putting up and coming down. The issue was quickly diagnosed by Jason, recommending the rollers be replaced as maintenance to keep the doors in peak operating condition. Performed the replacement quickly and thoroughly explained how to maintain the doors and keep them in peak condition. I had my garage doors installed in 2012, the quality of the doors and service is the best in the industry.

Precision put in a new garage door for us a few years ago and we had excellent service at that time. So when we started having issues with our door going down this weekend, we called and were given a time slot the very same day.
