Tony Strickland came out to the house on a Sunday and removed two very low powered door openers that were both having problems every time we turned around and installed two more powerful openers that were the suggested by Tony. It took him all of about four hours to do the job! Finally we have been freed of the frustration of temperamental garage door openers!

I had previously used Precision for a garage door problem. When I was having problems with my garage door opener this was the only company I contacted. Jack Hodges came out very quickly, determined the problem and gave several options to solve the problem. I was fortunate the part I needed was in stock. He arranged for another appointment the following day( Saturday) was at my house the following morning and repaired the garage door opener. I was extremely pleased with this company.

Great company I have used several times at different homes. They have a 24/7 call-in line who you can talk to and are very flexible with their schedule to accommodate your needs. They have always come out prepared and ready to assess my situation, on time and make the necessary repairs as well as provide a full system inspection. Would recommend them for any garage door issue.

I called Precision at 8:30 AM on a Sunday. The lady on the phone was polite, efficient, and knew her job. She quickly got me an appointment between 10 and 12 that day! Tony Strickland came out. He thoroughly accessed all the garage door components and explained everything. There was no sales pressure to buy items that weren't necessary. He allowed me to watch the entire repair because I was interested. My garage door never worked this good before. Tony was professional and friendly. Thanks Tony. I'll be asking for you again if need arises.
