Lyle did a great job on repairing the door. Had no issues with his work. For some reason there was a glitch on my getting the paid statement on my email. Don't give him a black mark due to electronic glitches. Thanks again Lyle for speedy repair and we know who to call in the future. Randy Amrhein

Had a garage door that was not closing correctly. Sticking, catching. Jason looked at it for approximately 4 to 5 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in 10 minutes. Knows what he’s doing. Good service, same day. Had a new motor and spring installed 4 years ago and had excellent service at that time, too.

I got scheduled in quickly and Tony was our technician. He provided a thorough explanation of the recommended repairs. We had the pleasure of Tony Strickland to come out to provide a spring tune up on my door. and after his thorough inspection was complete we needed to have new springs installed due the heavy weight of the solid garage door we own . He was very Profesional and polite making sure I knew everything he was doing and provided the explanation in simple terms and I never had a doubt of being felt like i was sold a product or something I did or need . You can 100-% tell how the employees there care anbout this profession and his company. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking to at the company showed the utmost respect and I would totally recommend them to anyone needing help with their garage

"Precisely" what I needed. Awesome experience with these guys. Garage door was a bit off track. Jack came out, quickly, analyzed the problem and gave me *options* on what we could do. "We can get you up and running for x, my recommendation is y, and here are z possibilities" I took his recommendation and we also decided to replace the opener itself. He explained the differences in service and warranty very well. Even programed my car before leaving. Very happy with the service. I would highly recommend to anyone, and will also be utilizing them again for any future needs.

Precision did the original installation and we broke a spring, which is not unusual after 8 yrs. On a door that is heavily used. Lyle, the technician suggested an upgrade to double springs since we use that door as the main house entrance. We agreed and he was very professional in his explanation and installation. I recommend this company highly. They have a great product and great people to work with.
