Brandon Williams performed an inspection of our garage door. He reviewed what defects that he found with the door, and he gave me an opinion of the current condition. He did not repair the door since it was not a repairable situation. He also reviewed both non-insulated and insulated new garage doors, their features and pricing along with availability. I was pleased with his service as well as the options that he covered.

We came home last night and could not open garage. After looking into garage saw that spring was broken. It was now 9:30pm, and I thought I would contact precision thinking I could leave a message. To my surprise a nice girl answered live, took my information as to what happened, confirmed our address and phone number, and advised of service fee. She then scheduled a service appointment for today with tech Jonathan. He called today to let us know he was on the way and approximate arrival time. On Jonathan's arrival he went into garage to check out problem, and indeed spring was broken. He checked all elements of garage door opporation and made us aware of other aged issues. We considered it was time to update all the issues and told Jonathan to go ahead. He had all materials available In van, and several hours later everything was completed and brand new before leaving, Jonathan made sure we knew how everything operated and even programmed both of our cars. To say we were very satisfied would be an understatement. Thank you to all your team at Precision.

Excellent service! Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and arrived ahead of scheduled time. Of course, he called to say he was available and 20 minutes away! We are so appreciative. Spring on garage door was broken and both of our cars were inside the garage. We felt so trapped. I will definitely recommend Precision to friends and family. Thank you for responding so quickly!!!

I called to set an appointment and talked to a very helpful person who set up the appointment for the next day. Brandon W came (right on time) to Hendersonville and we discussed all of our options. Brandon never tried to "sell" anything and offered good alternatives. We set up the install for later in the week. He was on time once again. He completed the job timely and efficiently. The entire process from start to finish was seemless and easy. Garage spring broke one day — called Precision and they made me an appointment the next morning. Jonathan showed up on time (after calling to give me an ETA and receiving an email/text from Precision). Jonathan explained the problem and provided me with a couple of options without any pressure at all. He even completed the work faster than what was expected! Before leaving he provided me with a reminder of the warranty and emailed a detailed receipt. Would 100% recommend Precison again

We got a flag hung in the garage door which knocked it off track & was hanging dangerously. I called another company & it was going to be a week before they could come. Garage spring snapped in half. Called Precision the next day and they had a tech out within a couple hours. Lyle the tech got here and said well yep you need a new spring and since the part was bought from and installed by us it's under our lifetime warranty and will be fixed free of charge! I called and the Customer Service Rep was very courteous and professional and she was able to schedule my service the next day between 8-10. The Service Tech (Jonathan) called to let me n=know that he was on his way and be here in 30 mins. Right on time. I told him what the door was doing and he inspected the door and track and let me know what might be the problem. He mentioned what needed to be down and he gave me an estimated cost of of that needed to be done. I let him know to go a head and repair and replace that needed to be fixed. Jonathan had it all completed in 30mins and it runs GREAT! Thank you Jonathan and Thank you Precision Garage Door Service.
