Jason evaluated the issue I had with the garage door. I think Jason was very informed and professional. He presented everything to me and gave me all my options and respected my choice. He was unable to LINK the new garage with my car and said he will explore WHY with his people. I'd like to be able to open the garage with the button on my car. I seldom offer reviews, but regarding Precision Door of Nashville, I feel compelled to. From my initial call to the technician's visit, I was amazed at the promptness and professionalism that PGD displayed. A service technician was dispatched to my home the same day as my call, which is no small feat in this world of personnel shortages. I was texted updates on the ETA of my tech, and even received a call when he arrived. A very special "shout out" goes to technician Robert Barnett. He was personable, obviously talented, and to be honest, I tried to steal him for my own company. PGD of Nashville is the only one to call. Stop reading, and start calling!

Called for a manufacture/install defect in a garage door that was purchased and installed by Precision. Hinted that it was my fault door was broken. Company offered to replace broken panel at my expense. And charge labor to do it. Apparently their work is only good for a couple of years. Expected a phone call from management on Monday. Nothing yet.

I chose Precision because you all were highly recommended from neighbors. I called on a saturday to set up an appointment because my garage door was not working well. You were able to fit me in that day. Robert came out and let me know the issue. He gave me my options and took care of my new garage door very quickly. I was so pleased with this service. There was a great deal of trouble shooting to be done and Brandon, our tech, was thorough and fixed the problem while doing small things, such as wire covers, to keep all wires need and tidy to prohibit future problems. Brandon was very professional and I love that the company sends information of the upcoming arrival, which includes: Technicians name, and information if you should need to quiz for proof of identity for safety concerns. Also, the pricing was so very reasonable for all of the work. I would highly recommend the company and will use them again if and when needed.

William inspected and serviced our Precision Garage Door opener. This was a check-up visit - I wasn't experiencing any problems with the opener. He was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and very nice! I also scheduled him to service my son's Garage Door Opener later this week. When it's time to replace your garage door opener, I highly recommend installing a Precision Garage Door Opener. It runs smoothly and is EXTREMELY QUIET. I'd forgotten how quiet it was until I was at my son's new home, which has a Genie brand Garage Door Opener. It's really loud, in comparison.

In May 2015 Precision Garage Door Service of Nashville installed a “top of the line” insulated garage door with windows and the LiftMaster #8550 Elite Series 3/4HP with built-in battery and MyQ Technology. Since the install this garage door and system has performed flawlessly with me doing the maintenance. I decided to engage Precision to do a check-up of my door and system seeing as it has been in use for seven years and they sent out Robert Barnett to take care of me. To use Robert’s words…the “door and equipment still look and operate like they are new”. Robert went through the entire system, ran tests, and didn’t even see the need to lubricate the system. He provided me some tips on maintaining my system in good condition and even showed me a diagnostic tip on the MyQ App. Overall…an exceptional experience and Robert took great care of me. Thanks Precision…you installed an excellent system that is still running great today!

The work was great and the installation went really well. Not really happy about the price. The estimate came in $150 more that other bids for the same type of springs and other work that needed to be done. We appreciate you bringing the cost down a bit but still were higher than other companies. The Tech deserves a thumbs up!

My technician, Robert, had a challenging morning with something going wrong with his vehicle and him having to get a different one. He nevertheless arrived on time and did a good job assessing the situation and giving me information about my options. He answered all my questions and was knowledgable about the various products available. Unfortunately there is a long waiting period for the door to arrive (not the fault of Precision) so I won't get my replacement door for several months. Robert was able to close and secure the current door for safety, which I appreciated.
