Precision did the original installation and we broke a spring, which is not unusual after 8 yrs. On a door that is heavily used. Lyle, the technician suggested an upgrade to double springs since we use that door as the main house entrance. We agreed and he was very professional in his explanation and installation. I recommend this company highly. They have a great product and great people to work with.

We have called Precision door service a couple times for issues with our garage door. They have always been extremely responsive and available based on my schedule and needs. This last time Preston Waddell was our service technician and he was so awesome!! Respectful, very quickly identified the issue and replaced the part. Broke a spring on a 20 year door at 7:00pm on a Friday night. Called Precision and they came out at 8:00am on Saturday morning! Replaced all moving parts at a very reasonable rate. Outstanding customer service, and the technician (Preston) knew what he was doing and very professional! Would highly recommend!

Jason Steele did a great job repairing our garage door that was installed by Precision some years ago by Shane Follis. Repair was for failed automatic door lock. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I called Tuesday night for an appointment and received a Wednesday mid-morning repair that Jason called that he would be on time with the needed part for repair. Great service.
