Two neighbors used Precision and highly recommended. They came out the day I called, they offered same-day service, and sent Jay who must be one of their best! Knowledgeable, professional, personable, clear, efficient. He detailed my options and we discussed the best choice for me. Jay replaced two failed springs with upgraded ones which should last me years. I may call back to have the rollers (wheels?) replaced because the ones Jay showed me look really nice…like roller blade wheels. I’m sure they would allow for the door to glide more easily and quietly. I didn’t want to pay for that upgrade this time. I will definitely call Precision in the future!

Every time I call for service, they always respond very quickly and Brandon that comes out for the job has always been on time and very polite. He explains to me everything he needs to do and also the amount if any that will cost me. I would not have any other company come to my home and do work are repairs on my garage doors. Last year he came out and installed 3 new door openers and was very neat and did the job in a timely mater and made sure everything was in working order. If I could give 10 Gold Stars I would for the Company and also Brandon Williams. He is a Gold Star to his Company and himseelf.

It's just a matter of time before the garage door spring breaks. So, ours did it yesterday. We called Precision and got an appointment the next day. Jack Hodges arrived as scheduled. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked it all out and gave us options from "just fix it with minimum parts" to "you may want to replace this or that to avoid issues later" and let us decide. He immediately did the requested work, very professional. Also gave us advice on doing our own regular maintenance and how to check the springs for weakness as time goes on. Very much appreciate the service Jack!

Jack Hodges was exceptional!! If you had a 10 star rating he would qualify. Personable, qualified and explained everything. The garage doors no longer squeal going up and down. The doors are in good working order after lubricant was applied. Jack suggested a yearly checkup which is an excellent idea. I chose Precision Door because of your ad in "The Home Mag". The pictures in the ad are beautiful and effective. Many thanks for this experience.

Just wanted to let you know that Kendrick Travis exceeded my expectations when he came out last week to address the issues with the garage doors. He is a real "standup guy" who is courteous, professional and easy to get along with. He thoroughly explained all of the required work to be performed and then proceeded to complete the repairs on both doors in just under two hours. What really impressed me as well is that I had called to make an appointment on Friday, 12/15/23, expecting to be told that a technician would not be available until the following week. To my amazement, Kendrick called to say he would be at my son's place a bit after 10 am. I had previous experience with Precision Door Service back in March, 2020 at my own home. That was the driver to call your team back to provide such excellent service at my son's home. Thanks for a job well done!

Tony was very polite, very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, And explained everything in detail so I could decide exactly what type of new door and automatic door opener I needed. He gave me all of the information, without trying to immediately sell me the top-of-the-line. He explained the differences, what the process would be, what the timelines are expected to be. I could not have asked for a better representative of your company. I used precision 12 years ago, and had the same level of customer service. You don’t find that much consistency with a lot of companies. You get my vote!
