Brandon called about 45 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know that he was on the way. He inspected the function and safety of the two garage doors. He recommended removing an LED lightbulb in one of the units because LEDs can "interfere" with the signal between the hand-held remote device and the unit. I had replaced the outside keypad a couple of months ago when it stopped working and changing batteries didn't solve the problem. Unfortunately, after replacing the outside keypad, the hand-held remote unit no longer worked. Brandon was able to reprogram the hand-held unit. Additionally, Brandon programmed the built-in garage door remote in my vehicle, which was something that I had tried to do unsuccessfully. Prior to leaving, Brandon sent a report of his inspection, complete with a photo, to my email for my records.

I am very pleased with how quickly someone showed up to repair my garage doors within a few hours of my call. I did end up needing new openers which really didn't surprise me since the ones I had were about 25 years old. My installer, Jason, was friendly and knowledgeable about the products. He had two door opening system replaced within a few hours. He was very efficient and neat. I would certainly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the service from Precision. They came recommended from two friends, and arrived promptly. Brandon was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable regarding my problem. He pretty much rebuilt one door with springs, cables, rollers, etc., and replaced the torsion spring on another. He didn't press me to replace that spring, but suggested due to its age, it would probably be wise to replace it as preventive maintenance. The price was not cheap, but I'm a believer in you get what you pay for. The lifetime warranty will hopefully take care of any problems in the future.

Jason was great, I thought the price was a bit too high, but communication was great, Jason was on time, had the opener and he could install today. And After I found out he drove from Murfreesboro to Dickson for the appointment, I didn’t want him to make a dry run. He installed the opener, programmed the remotes and took away the old one. I guess you get what you pay for.
