Precision performed a complete garage door system overhaul about 2 1/2 years ago. Today I had Technician Brandon Cummings conduct a maintenance check and adjust the operation of the door tracks in order to eliminate excess noise that had begun in the last two months. Service was excellent - quick and effective. The source of the noise was resolved, and there was no charge because the original work was covered by a lifetime warranty.

So far my experience with precision regarding my garage door has been fine. I was disappointed by the fact that the website allows you to select a font door as well however the rep I spoke with over the phone says they don't do front doors. One of the things I'm looking for is a front door that matches a garage door so it's about anoying to see that in the website but it not actually be an option

From the day I had my “accident “(backed into the door) I called in a panic as what to do it was a Saturday person on the phone was so calm helpful. She set up a time for Tech to come Sunday morning. He was able to get door up my car out. He showed me all features on a new door was very helpful. Yesterday the door was installed he was awesome think he started at 7:30am done by 10:30. Brandon was awesome. On time, friendly, courteous, called to let me know he was on his way. This turned out to be a simple reset / fix of my exterior keypad - no charge. He explained how it worked and what caused the error. Anyone that asks me about a garage door, I tell them to call Precision.
