Precision was recommended to me by my neighbor. I called late afternoon on a Saturday and was surprised to have an appointment for the following Monday morning. At the time of my call I wasn't sure if I needed repair or replacement of my garage door opener. The maintenance tech arrived promptly Monday morning, following Covid-19 rules. within minutes i was provided with details of the problem and presented with detailed options and cost of repair or replacement. I chose repair. The tech had everything he needed informing me the task would be complete in about 30 minutes. The repair was completed on time and under estimated cost. From my initial phone call to payment of invoice Precision was courteous, professional, and competent. Exactly what my neighbor told me of his experience, several years ago. It is still true today! Thank you I highly recommend contacting Precision for your garage door needs.

Until recently we have found our service exemplary. We would call and get an immediate response and service. My wife called on multiple occasions to speak with a technician about reprogramming a keypad on our garage but no one would call her back. Once we gave up and scheduled a full service call we got immediate attention. And a bill for for $65.00 for a 5 minute service visit. I find this to be an ownership issue and all of the technicians we have had have been excellent.

Total bait and switch! I spent 30 minutes talking with someone from the company who quoted me $138-179 to replace a torsion spring. The tech showed up with 15 minutes left in the 2 hour appt window, without ever calling (as was stated on the confirmation email). Then I was given a price of $700 to replace the spring!

I’ve had two service calls to Precision and both times they: 1. Were able to provide me service in less than 12 hours not like the others who were advertising 24 hours response but really will take up to 5 days 2. Precision did not have an Extreme price and were able to repair my garage door that was hit by my vehicle - a very Reasonable price and the Service Tech was well versed and Professional

My daughter used your company on a Sunday , well then ours broke a few weeks later. You came out on Sunday and fixed the door , great service. Then we decided to replace our doors and we knew no other company would work for us. The guys replaced our old doors with new ones in record time! Showed us how to program them To our cars and how to use the pad outside . Great guys, efficient, polite, and left nothing behind. Thank you!

He replied no to my question but continued to explain the reason for his answer saying that only top quality parts are used.
