I called in the morning to see about getting a service man to fix my garage door opener. Amazingly I was given an appointment of noon to 2:00 on the same day that I called. Josh arrived about 12:15 and quickly fixed my problem and lubricated both of garage door systems. Most Impressive service.

Jonathan Lane was the tech. Very professional, courteous, friendly and on time. Explained what needed to be done and gave me two options for repair with no pressure. I thought the price was reasonable for the work to be done and the parts needed. Door looks brand new like it did 15+ years ago and works like a new garage door. I would recommend Precision for any garage door repairs or replacement. They are A+ in my book.

After the visit of your specialist, I've been informed that your delivery time for a new garage door is 20 weeks!! Waste of money ($65) and time. Such long delivery times should be declared before visit.

Considering this appointment was booked as a door repair - not a door estimate, the lead times were not discussed. Due to the global pandemic and major issues with supply chains, the extended lead times for new doors have certainty been a struggle...not only for the garage door industry, but most all industries. Excellent service from the beginning - Bianca was friendly and helpful when I called to make the appointment. Lyle showed up at our place towards the beginning of the appointment window. Need a bottom panel and was told it would be several months before it would arrive. I am disappointed my car has to sit out outside in the upcoming bad weather. Also our neighborhood has had some cars broken into recently. I do understand the company is having shipping problems though, but hope both of our problems will be solved sooner than later. Our technician (Robert B.) was great. He was both personable and businesslike (a rare combination!). Within a minute after parking his van, he told me what was wrong with our door. Then, he thoroughly explained our various options. We did not purchase anything at the time. But, that is because we will be saving money to buy your top-of-the-line garage door system. We feel that both your products and your people are worth it. We did not feel that way about the last company that we contacted.... (PS: I had to click "garage door repair" in order to send in this form, because "estimate" was not an option.)
