I’ve had two service calls to Precision and both times they: 1. Were able to provide me service in less than 12 hours not like the others who were advertising 24 hours response but really will take up to 5 days 2. Precision did not have an Extreme price and were able to repair my garage door that was hit by my vehicle - a very Reasonable price and the Service Tech was well versed and Professional

My daughter used your company on a Sunday , well then ours broke a few weeks later. You came out on Sunday and fixed the door , great service. Then we decided to replace our doors and we knew no other company would work for us. The guys replaced our old doors with new ones in record time! Showed us how to program them To our cars and how to use the pad outside . Great guys, efficient, polite, and left nothing behind. Thank you!

Had a service call for a repair estimate done on 7/21/2020 and as of 7/31/2020 I have not received any information regarding the repair. I called on 7/27 and was told it would be sent via e-mail that day. still nothing.

Brad is knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I especially appreciated his response to my question of how competitive your pricing is. He replied no to my question but continued to explain the reason for his answer saying that only top quality parts are used. He seemed confident in his ability to deliver the services I asked for and performed quickly and efficiently, overhauling 2 doors in less than 1 1/2 hours.

Needed to have one of my garage doors looked at because it was not closing all the time (interrupted signal). Jon (my technician) came out and diagnosed a problem with the circuit board on the motor and replaced it for me. Came back later the same day to fix a short that still persisted. Very happy with the follow up and the service.

My 3 year old opener was intermittently failing. Brad came out a week or so earlier and of course it was working fine. He did a reset and sprayed the rollers and everything worked for awhile. Then the failures started again. I called Monday around noon and was happy to hear there was an opening at 2 that day. Brad came out again and this time just swapped out the head and was finished in about 15 minutes. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority with them. Thank you so much.

Total bait and switch! I spent 30 minutes talking with someone from the company who quoted me $138-179 to replace a torsion spring. The tech showed up with 15 minutes left in the 2 hour appt window, without ever calling (as was stated on the confirmation email). Then I was given a price of $700 to replace the spring!
