Definitely a 5 star rating. Jason was the technician who came to replace our outside key pad and service the doors. He was very professional, courteous and performed the service in a timely manner. He made sure that he practiced "social distancing" and answered all of my questions. He also left me can of spray for the hinges, as the last one I purchased had a defective sprayer nozzle. All of my interactions through the years with Precision have exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of garage doors, openers or repairs.

My spring on my garage door broke last month. I called precision doors to give me an estimate they were very reasonable . I had my door repaired by them. The technician was very good and knowledgeable with all my questions that I ask. Nonetheless, he picked up the second opener, came back, and worked until the job was completed, which included a little reprogramming of the key codes and remotes. My garage door opener broke as I was leaving the house this morning. I looked on Google and Premier Garage Door and Repair Service’s in popped up and looked great! I called and the receptionist was very nice and professional. They came this afternoon and put my new garage door opener in TODAY!!! Jason was very informative and professional. I love the new opener! It is quiet, has a pad outside to open the door, a new indoor opener AND an app to operate it from my phone. I can even get deliveries in my garage through the app. I’m sorry to have to get a new opener but it is such an improvement on the old one!!!!

Precision Door Service came out and fixed the problem within a few hours of having a problem with he opener on a Sunday. I am very pleased with the service call. Thank you. However I am concerned we will have future problems with this specific opener based on manufacturers design. After seeing the components during the repair the part replaced today was a plastic piece that turns with a gear. The plastic piece wore down in less than a year and half. Again thank you for the quick response today and fix of the issue. I know I can at least count on your company.
