Had an emergency and called. Daniel came out that night got it working again. Did a great job. Seemed to know what he was doing. Door is working great. I would recommend this company to do the work needed. Some companies wanted to charge extra for coming out for my emergency, but Precision didn’t.

I love that Precision has a 24 hour service. They were able to come out immediately and fix my problem. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Called at 1 PM, Chris the tech was here by 5PM, worked until the new belt drive opener was installed and working like a champ. Lyle was the technician that came to my house. Was early and that was fine. I needed a new garage door opener since the 25 year old Lift Master quit working. We discussed the different openers available and their respective features. I made my choice and he went right to work taking out the old opener and installing the new one. Very efficient, knowledgeable, organized, and professional. Completed this in roughly 2 hours and even programmed the Homelink in my car. Highly recommended. Left everything clean and just the way it was when he arrived

Amazing service. Asked for a quote at 9:30 and had the service competed by 10:30. Knowledgeable and friendly and the price was better than I had expected. Lyle did a great job repairing our garage door. We have not had anymore trouble with the door opening automatically without pushing the buttons or using the remotes. I used a different company five years ago for a repair, so I called them last evening when my garage door was stuck open. After getting no answer, or voicemail, I found your website. The phone was answered quickly by a real person, and after we discussed my problem, I was given an appointment for first thing this morning. Jason Skillern arrived right on time, and was both professional and friendly. I had thought the motor had burned out after 21 years, but Jason pointed out that the carriage was hung up on a screw. Since another part of the carriage was damaged, I decided to have basically everything but the door and spring replaced due to its age. There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, or buy the most expensive package. Jason complted the work in about an hour, and walked me through everything I neded to know. You can be sure that I will use your compan if I ever need help with the door or equipment
