i called precision door;,because my garage door was making a popping sound; and not going up smoothly. Brad came by and checked out my door. i was afraid the spring may need to be repaired or replaced. Brad inspected the door; and found it was sticking to the trim; and the rollers were in bad shape. he replaced the rollers; and made a couple of adjustments; and the door was working much smoother. He arrived ahead of schedule; and done a very good job.

I chose repair. The tech had everything he needed informing me the task would be complete in about 30 minutes. The repair was completed on time and under estimated cost.
