I have had these door installed and function since 2012. They are excellent quality, quiet and extremely dependable. I just had my first service call today, received a scheduled appointment same day. Jason Skillern was on time and reinstalled door springs without any inconvenience. Jason is highly killed and knowledgeable and would highly recommend him for any inspection or repair. Springs were replaced free of charge as they carry a lifetime warranty. Exception company to do business with.

i called precision door;,because my garage door was making a popping sound; and not going up smoothly. Brad came by and checked out my door. i was afraid the spring may need to be repaired or replaced. Brad inspected the door; and found it was sticking to the trim; and the rollers were in bad shape. he replaced the rollers; and made a couple of adjustments; and the door was working much smoother. He arrived ahead of schedule; and done a very good job.

Lyle was excellent. Wasn’t pushy when explaining our options. Very much a gentleman and was just as courteous. To my wife which is a big deal to both of us. So far so good. Doors and motors coming at a later date.

Technician was prompt for short notice and very professional and courteous. He was in and out in about an hour. Observed Covid 19 safety guidelines and maintained safe distancing while here. Very pleased with Precision. Their data was on the back of the existing garage door so we decided to call them first.

I have used Precision- Overhead Garage Door Service for the past couple of years and both of our openers came from here. Their service is always exceptional and timely. With my recent repair, they replaced the opener without question after it was not working properly. Would highly recommend the team at Precision.

My garage door wouldn’t close properly and appeared to be on the verge of a serious problem. I searched for garage door repair and came across Precision. I received a call not 15 minutes after sending a request through the website and scheduled an appointment same day. William came out and fixed my door in less than 5 minutes. Two screws was all It took. He didn’t charge me a thing. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t write reviews. But William’s gesture compelled me to let anyone who needs help with their garage door know that Precision can be trusted. I can tell you they have my business from now on.

I had previously used Precision on another home that we owned and had a great experience then so naturally I called Precision for this repair. Jonathan was on time, professional and explained my options. He did a great job of servicing the two doors and also replacing the old openers with new, quieter doors. Great company and great service!!
