Garage door was broken and would not close all the way. Was able to get an appointment on Saturday, Jonathan was even early and clearly presented all options available. He is very knowledgeable and quickly made the repairs. Will use Precision for all garage door needs.

The Tech replaced our old, broken garage door opener system with a new one, converting it to a torsion system in the process. It ended up being challenging work as he had to make a number of adjustments, but he was friendly and courteous throughout. My one small complaint is that he put in a new opener without checking to see where our attic door was first! We had to cut off some of the attic door wood to be able to open it. But, we have a small garage, and it's a minor complaint. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this company.

Service Tech, Brad Weatherby, did an absolutely outstanding job with my garage door repairs! He was very professional, worked hard, was very courteous, very patient answering my questions, very knowledgeable and did not leave a mess in my garage. I was just clueless as to why my old garage door wasn't working, but when Brad came out, he explained all the mechanisms (in layman's terms so I could understand it) of why my garage door wasn't working properly and what needed to be done to repair it. He took time to show me all my options to meet my budget and get my garage door working properly. My old garage door needed lots of repairs and Brad had to replace the garage door opener, the spring, the rollers, cables, etc, but it wasn't a challenge for Brad. He definitely knew what he was doing and he made sure the work was done very proficiently! After the repairs were completed, Brad took the time to explain the new features of my garage door opener and the warranty of the parts he replaced. He also took the time to explain how to properly lubricate the garage door so I could the longest life out of it. Precision Door Service has to be very proud and happy to have such an outstanding employee of such high caliber! Thank you Brad for a fantastic job on my garage door and making this repair a good experience!

24/7 service and weekend appointments were extremely important, as the spring broke at night and on a weekend. Using the online chat, it was very easy to schedule the appointment. On 10/26 I had an issue with my garage door that wouldn't open and close properly. Even though it was a Saturday Precision sent someone out in a very timely manner. The Tech who came was Christopher Jensen. He not only fixed the original issue but also answered some other questions I had relating to my garage doors and as a result he corrected some other issues relating to the doors. If you have a Tech Of The Month Reward it should go to the gentleman. Explained things thoroughly. I have used Precision in the past and would highly recommend them to anyone.
