Jonathan, our Tech was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. The project he discovered would take more than the two hours allotted. Nonetheless, he picked up the second opener, came back, and worked until the job was completed, which included a little reprogramming of the key codes and remotes. Great technician, and great service.

My garage door opener broke as I was leaving the house this morning. I looked on Google and Premier Garage Door and Repair Service’s in popped up and looked great! I called and the receptionist was very nice and professional. They came this afternoon and put my new garage door opener in TODAY!!! Jason was very informative and professional. I love the new opener! It is quiet, has a pad outside to open the door, a new indoor opener AND an app to operate it from my phone. I can even get deliveries in my garage through the app. I’m sorry to have to get a new opener but it is such an improvement on the old one!!!!

Precision Door Service came out and fixed the problem within a few hours of having a problem with he opener on a Sunday. I am very pleased with the service call. Thank you. However I am concerned we will have future problems with this specific opener based on manufacturers design. After seeing the components during the repair the part replaced today was a plastic piece that turns with a gear. The plastic piece wore down in less than a year and half. Again thank you for the quick response today and fix of the issue. I know I can at least count on your company.

I called at 9:30 am needing garage opener service. Serviceman was scheduled for 2-4. He arrived inspected the door and opener. Thoroughly explained issues and cost to remedy. By 5:30 pm I had a complete door overhaul and a new opener installed and in service. So professional and no mess left behind.

Discovered the broken spring on our garage door around 11;00 this morning. Googled and found Precision Garage Door service, called and by 3:00 the door spring was replaced. We also chose to have some other parts that were worn replaced. Now the door opens and closes much smoother and quieter than before. The technicians did a quality job and hauled off all the old parts. Thank you

I called precision door to get a quote to replace our entire garage door. Within 24 hours, a technician from their company was at my house, provided a quote, and I agreed to the price. I received a call 3 weeks later, that our door had arrived and was ready to install. Technician Jared installed the garage door including all new equipment and garage door opener. His work product and quality of materials used is absolutely outstanding. The attention to detail, including rubber trim on the doors tops sides and bottom, we’re unbelievable. If there were a higher rating than five, I would give it to them.
