He completed the job in a professional and timely manner. He was very helpful in installing a “keypad” and programming the necessary openers. Very happy with him and the company.

I called on a Saturday night with a broken spring and not being able to get into my garage. Will showed up first thing the next morning, replaced the spring, replaced everything else, got it done very quickly, and had to do it in freezing temps. He was very nice, respectful, and explained everything he was doing. Wonderful experience!

The technician was prompt and professional. Apparently, the problem I was having with not being able to remotely open and close the garage door was with the battery on the key pad. I was charged $65.00 service charge for replacing the battery ( which I supplied), and for him to lubricate the rollers. He also tightened wall panel ( I provided the wall anchor and the screw). I could have been given at least the military discount ( for which I qualified).

Such a top rate company. My new garage door install was difficult because of how the builder installed it originally. These guys worked forever to get it right and it is perfect. Besides being so quiet you can barely hear it when it opens or closes, it is attractive as well. From the guy who sold us the door to the men who installed it, I was very pleased. I am totally satisfied with Precision and would not hesitate to recommend them.

To our dismay, our garage door only opened half-way. We eventually got the car out and called Precision. Delightfully, we were told a technician would be out later THAT DAY! We received a text indicating who the technician would be, his bio, and when he would arrive. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He fixed our problem and took care of another part that was close to breaking. Thank you Precision!!

My old garage door stopped working and I went online to search for garage door repair. Precision had the most consistent high ratings and I gave them a call. John, the technician, arrived at the scheduled time and discovered the opener should be replaced. I was very pleased with the replacement estimate and bought another opener for my other garage along with new rollers for both. John was able to install both right away and was finished in under three hours. I'm very satisfied and think you will be also.
