From the day I had my “accident “(backed into the door) I called in a panic as what to do it was a Saturday person on the phone was so calm helpful. She set up a time for Tech to come Sunday morning. He was able to get door up my car out. He showed me all features on a new door was very helpful. Yesterday the door was installed he was awesome think he started at 7:30am done by 10:30. It looks AMAZING. For sure I will share my experience with many. THANK YOU!

On Thursday May 26th our garage door opener went down. At first I thought I'd try to install it myself and go purchase one at Lowe's or Home Depot. I quickly found out that there were too many choices and I knew nothing about garage door openers let alone the time I wasted walking around stores. I called that evening scheduled an appointment. On May 27th between 11:00 and 1:00 they came out. Told me their thoughts as far as repairing or replacing. We decided to replace with a new unit as ours was 15 years old. An hour and a half later New garage door opener installed. Quieter better more options. Very happy I would definitely recommend to anyone. Our technician was very knowledgeable and nice as well. Thanks again.

Jason arrived promptly at my home. After talking with him he concluded that a power outage caused the opener to malfunction. He reset the opener and performed a safety check on the door spring and hinges. The best part was since I purchased the opener from Precision it was still under warranty and did not cost me anything. Technician was polite and efficient. Unfortunately I did not accept his estimate for replacing garage door opening as I felt it was $100 to $150 more than I felt would have been a reasonable and fair price, considering brand and model # of opener and probably an hours labor to install
