One of my springs broke. I called and a technician was at my home in less than 3 hours! New springs and other items done quickly, and professionally! Lyle was our tech and did a tremendous job! He explained what was needed and got to work. He cleaned everything up before he left! I also purchased a new exterior keypad. He installed and programmed it, as well! I could not ask for better...or faster...service from anyone! Thanks, Lyle, and Precision Door!

We had a very good experience with Precision and would gladly recommend them for overhead door work. They installed our doors about twelve years ago and responded very quickly to our recent need. I called them at 8:45 am, and they had all my information on file. They promised a service man would be at our house in Columbia between 1:00 and 3:00 pm. Imagine my surprise when their Service man rang our bell at 10:45 am. He made a quick appraisal of the work to be done, performed all the work satisfactorily since he had a sizeable inventory of parts in his vehicle, and was on his way by 1:15 pm. John was very professional, courteous, and a real pleasure to work with.

The service technician was very efficient and worked very quickly, in fact wore me out how quickly he was working. He explained everything to me from my repair options and their costs, to why parts needed to be replaced to how to operate the system when finished. He replaced everything except the rails spring and the door itself. The technician, D.D., is a real professional.

Both springs broke on my double door, and I had no idea who to call. I asked my smart phone for garage door repairs and they gave me one company listed in Lebanon. I called and set up an appointment with the tech and he said he would be there in an hour. After 4 hours I called and they got me to the tech and here is what he said after my 4 hour wait: "We can't do that, you will need to call someone else." I asked if he needed to reschedule, and he said, "No, call some other company." My temperature was high and I looked on my computer and Precision came up on the screen. I looked it over real good, checked the reviews and called them on Saturday morning. They said a tech could be out by noon. The tech called at 10:30 and said he could be here by 11am if that was alright. It was. John showed up at 11, we greeted each other, I felt good as soon as I met him. He looked over the door, sure enough both springs broke, cable off. He gave me 3 options: just fix the springs and cable; do that and change out the rollers which were clearly rusted and lots of play; and do that with a life-time warranty. No pressure, he was ready to do whatever I said. I told him the first option for now, and he went right to work. My wife and I discussed that our door was over 14 years old and has had no maintenance at all, and we decided to have the warranty. No problem. John was through and thorough in no time at all. The door sounded amazing, we had gotten so used to the noise, until it was not there any more - smooth and quiet and efficient. I am so thankful the other company blew me off, so that I came in contact with Precision. Great job. I will recommend them to everyone. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!

I had been pondering for some time on who to call for my repair job. I had an old ad from Clipper I believe. It seemed like a good choice with the service fee discount. Thomas was very thorough in explaining the different options and his recommendation. I finally settled on the best with the lifetime warranty. He was very knowledgeable and did the job completely, cleanup and all in less than one hour. Thomas is a 5 star associate.
