Called and placed a service call for a 1pm appointment but the tech called me right back and said he could be there within 30 minutes. He came and repaired the door back to working order and was gone in 45 minutes. I was able to miss minimum work because of his quick service.

We had a great experience with Precision Doors. Our house is older and needed special attention to make new replacement garage doors work. The Precision staff took the extra care to make them look good and operate perfectly. Oh, and they were always on time and did what they said they would do. My tech,Casey, was superb. The problem was with the remote and the garage door has a mind of its own. Casey figured out it was the logic board and not the remote. He was terrific and never tried to push any other products. Top notch work ethic, something of the past now a days.

There are not enough good words to say about this company and their employees! I have had garage door emergencies twice in the last 11 months. Both times, a service person was at our home within 18 hours. The service men are very knowledgeable about their products, about most products on the market and about the entire process. our problem was not actually with the door, but with some shifting of the garage. David pointed out what needed to be done, lubed the door rails and after I do some correction will be good as new. Very professional. Will for sure use Precision again if need arises.

Just had my opener replaced and the springs moving parts on my garage door replaced. My opener had failed (after 20 years of faithful service) so I knew that had to be replaced. I opted for the upgrade on my door mechanisms, figuring they would need replacing soon anyway. Troy was right on time, polite, and very efficient. Did this cost more than I would have preferred to spend? Well, yes, but doesn't anything of quality these days? Now I have a practically new garage door that opens whisper quiet.
