Amazing experience. To be honest, I chose your company because you were the one in the area that operated on the weekend. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was great and very helpful. Dillon was my technician and I couldn’t have been happier. He texted me throughout the day to let me know when he thought he would be able to get here. This is my second time using Precision Door. The first time my door would not open and we were extremely please with the arrival time got here. They explained several options to me. I choose to get a new opening system rail with a key pad outside. We are very happy and please. He was very professional and polite. He answered all of my questions. Yhe second time was when the remote outside quit working. We were greatful we got the same polite tech to come again. He fixed it and we are very pleased with service.

This company was wonderful to work with. There was some initial confusion on the time block that the service was meant to take place in, but it was resolved and our service was fantastic. I called on Monday to schedule the appointment for today, Wednesday. He was here on time and repaired my garage door sensors in 15 minutes! Very reasonable with pricing! I would recommend using them for any garage door needs.

We chose Precision Garage Door Service due to reviews from other customers. Our garage door cabling had broken and the door would not open or close, which made it so we had no rear entry to our home. In addition, our garage opener was 38 years old! Brandon Christensen was our Service Technician. He was very efficient, assessed the situation, and gave us three options for the overhaul of our garage door and the replacement of our opener. We chose an option and he was able to do the work immediately, which was wonderful. The pricing was quite a bit more than we were planning to spend, but we had not planned on replacing the opener. We were SO glad that we replaced our 38 year old chain driven unit with a direct drive unit! It is extremely quiet and was able to be programmed to open via bluetooth with my car's electronics! Love this updated technology! We are now in the current century with our garage door opener and my husband and I agree that we should have done this years ago. We were very happy that we did not have to replace the door, because he was able to overhaul the door, replace the rollers, springs, and cabling on our wood door. It is essentially like having a new garage door and we are extremely pleased with the work that was done, as well as our wonderfully quiet opener. Makes me happy, every time I open the door that we don't have to listen to that horribly loud noise and hear the door wobbling back and forth. Thank you!
