Website is misleading. Needed spring repair on a single garage door. Website has a coupon for spring repair, but I was told by the technician, "the company no longer does partial repairs." Lowest estimate given for the repair was $519. Calling somebody else.

Sean, Just wanted to drop you a note about Todd Noel, Precision Door Tech who took care of my garage door opener problems. He's awesome! Todd was prompt, courteous & willing to inspect my garage door tracks plus the rollers to insure proper up & down operation. Todd was the 2nd PDS tech who came to fix my garage door problems & was just as competent & courteous as the tech before him. I can't speak for your other techs, often a different person may not be able to give the same service as the original tech. This is not so with Precision Door fortunately for me! All was super!!! Leaving for work I discovered the current opener had died. I called Precision and Shane was dispatched and arrived at 2PM the same day. Much appreciated. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful at answering my many questions and ultimately installing the new unit. New 370 unit is much quieter than even my last belt drive was. Shane did a great job, I would highly recommend Precision, and Shane to anyone I know.

I am very satisfied with the service tech (Todd) on time when promised, very knowledgeable about how to fix my problem also educated me on the door release when the power is off, adjusted, quiet all the squeaks and cleaned up his mess can't even tell that he has was here. I called this morning about a problem with our remote openers. Technician arrived at the beginning of the service call window i was given. He was very courteous , friendly and not only was our initial problem taken care of but the complete operation of the garage door was checked.I was very pleased with the speed, efficiency, professionalism by the representative.
