Great job!!!!! Very professional and knew how to have fun as well. Very refreshing in this day and age. Old door removed, new door installed. Technicians knew what they were doing and were able, and willing to go the extra mile to make this door right. I live in a log house, so nothing is perfect and square. They guys had to think outside the box to make this install perfect, and were able to do this. 5 stars definitely. Have already recommended your services to others.

Mike called almost an hour early, which helped my schedule a lot. He said he had finished shed a job early and wondered if he could come on over. He also made sure that if that was too early it WAS completely fine and 2pm would work. He got there and quickly resolved our issue. I called them about 8:30am and they were there by 1:30. Awesome service.

Today I contacted Precision to inquire about replacing the rubber at the bottom of the garage door. The technician whose name I did not get was here within two hours. Our service was performed by Mike. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product and performed task quickly. He gave good advice to save money in long run and took the time to talk with us regarding the pros and cons. He installed new rollers and helped with a bent area on the track that caused our door to not get caught. Our garage door rolls smoother and has less noise. I am pleased with Precision and will use them again.

Troy Weiss was my technician. He was very professional and friendly. He was able to diagnose the problem with my door remotes not working and quickly had the problem resolved. He then did a safety evaluation on my entire door and hardware which is at least 14 years old. He provided me with recommended maintenance suggestions on these items and also price quotes on the different levels to choose from in order that I will be able to decide which actions to take on my system. I was very well pleased with everything that took place in regards to my situation. I would most definitely recommend Precision Door Service to anyone that has an issue with their garage door.

absolutely the best--I backed into the door--called Precision-they came that afternoon secured the door and ordered a panel for the door when the panel came in the brought it out and in an hour or so they were done--all I had to do was stay out of the way courteous guys Mike and Casey--top drawer.
