Had Precision Door install new opener, springs, and rails in 2012 and never regretted it. In March 2016 had an intermittent problem with opening and closing door. Called Friday evening and had appt. on Saturday. Brandon checked over door and found the work in 2012 was not up to his standards. Contacted his boss and just about completely reaccomplished the work, to include new parts, at no cost.

The technician that came out, Todd Noel, was very friendly and professional. He fixed my problem quickly and did not overcharge me for something that I did not need. we realized at 8:30 on a Saturday night that our garage door was broken and we couldn't get it open. I opened the phone book and called several companies listed for help but they were the only one that said they could come out. The tech was very nice and knew exactly what to do. Our coils had broke and they had to be completely replaced. Thanks to Precision

I'm only 10 hours into my new Precision garage door opener and I love it! My old screw-type, builder-grade opener gave me trouble for years so I called Precision and I am very happy with the belt-operated opener, it's functions and quietness! My garage door spring broke so I checked the internet for repair companies. I chose Precision because the web page was well designed and easy to navigate. This was Saturday and I was relieved that the website stated that service calls were available on weekends. My confidence increased when the phone spokesman was pleasant and thorough so I set an appointment. I received a confirmation email for my appointment shortly after the call. Brandon arrived a few minutes before the time he had informed me by phone that he would arrive. Brandon was personable, professional, and detailed in the repairs he performed. After his expert work my garage door works perfectly.
