our problem was not actually with the door, but with some shifting of the garage. David pointed out what needed to be done, lubed the door rails and after I do some correction will be good as new. Very professional. Will for sure use Precision again if need arises.

Amazing service. I got on website at 9 pm on a Thursday, and their CHAT feature was available. Started chatting about my garage door seal and they could have had some one out the next day. I couldn't do the next day, so they had someone here by 10 am Saturday. The technician, Thomas Hoffman, was excellent and stepped me through what I needed. 2 hours later he was done and I had a new weather seal and a newer quieter garage door opener. Would highly recommend these guys for your garage door needs
