The technician Lawrence Palmer was waiting for me upon my arrival. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Went over all my options, explained each one, answered all questions and didn't try and pressure me into buying of the options. It was a nice experience. This is the 2nd time I have used Precision and I will use them again in the future. I would highly recommend anyone to use their services

I am very happy with Precision's services. I just purchased a new home, and one of the garage doors was not closing because the wire to the sensor had been cut. I asked CJ to assess the doors overall and let me know what kind of shape there are in. I really liked the recommendation of various levels of repairs (i.e. asked for, better, best) so I could choose what I needed and what I could afford. CJ was extremely nice, very thorough and did a great job. I also like the lifetime warranty for the level of repair I chose (which is one of the reasons I chose that level too).

5-Stars I bought a New a Garage Door and Opener and had it installed in year 2013. Spring broke on 6-22-2016 and Precision Personnel was on site to repair and had repaired by 12:00 pm 6-23-2016. Thank you so very much for the phone number. All I had to do was to call the number that was on the door and I talked to a Lady on the phone that was so nice. The Tech that perforformed the task was very knowledgeable and very nice. Thank you. 5- Stars.
