I had a problem with my garage, which is built onto the house, when the door would not close leaving my home wide open. This occurred on a Sunday. It's hard to find someone on Sunday. However, my phone call to Precision Door Service was answered right away. Although it took a while, the employee/tech who came out, Troy, was very impressive in the manner in which he handled his business. He was very courteous, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and I didn't feel as if I was being short-changed. I feel that I received an honest assessment and a fair deal. I'm very impressed with the way this company does business and the positive impression left by one of there employees. I highly recommend this business, and I will be calling on them again. Hopefully, not anytime soon!

Mike did a great job! He called 30 minutes out and showed up a few minutes early (which I like), confirmed the needed repairs, gave me 3 options, and got it fixed in less time than expected. I appreciated his professional approach and detailed explaination of what was required to fix the problem.

I was dissatified with the service of your technician that came out to repair a pulley, screw and a nut. I was told he could replace all the hardware for $519.00 with a 5 yr warranty or $619.00 for a lifetime warranty. I call that taking advantage of a woman and a senior. My neighbor came over and replaced the screw and the nut and the garage door works fine. I've used you in the past to fix a spring, but no longer. The tech was suppose to get back with me on Monday and never heard back. Not good service.

This place is a racket. They do good work, that's not the problem. But they quote you one thing on the phone so they can slyly get a tech out there and then they quote you something entirely different once he's there. Benjamin Franklin plumbing and Lee company do the exact same thing. It's just a shady way of doing business. I won't be calling these guys ever again.

So very sorry for any misunderstandings. Unfortunately, we do not give firm quotes over the phone. Customer service representatives only have a range of pricing for parts. Due to the many aspects of garage door repairs, it is very difficult to give a price without assessing the situation first hand. If you decide to give us another chance, we will do our best to exceed your expectations. Once again, we are very sorry for any misunderstanding or miscommunication. We truly do our best to service our customer needs and to be fair.

Thomas came and reprogrammed our door which apparently had a surge during a storm recently. It too him no time to have it working again! I appreciated his friendly service and patience in answering my questions. We installed Precision garage doors a couple of years ago. I highly recommend them to anyone needing new garage doors. Our old doors were so noisy we couldn't stand it. Our new doors (even 2 years out from installation) are so quiet! People have commented on how quiet they are when in our garage.

Shane was terrific! My garage is older, it has drop-down ceilings, which presented a more difficult installation. At the end of the day, it was beautiful, worked perfectly, he did a great job of showing me all of the features etc. Even went to the extent of programming my car for separate garage doors. So very pleased..... would recommend precision to absolutely anyone, 10 stars!

Troy arrived 10 minutes early for appointment. After a complete inspection and maintenance of the garage door, Troy explained possible issues to look for as my garage door ages and maintenance I can do to keep it operating well. Because of his professionalism, I decided purchase from Precision and have installed a replacement garage door opener. Troy installed it in under two hours and made sure my car's system was synced to it. He also tested the system, including the outside door remote, to ensure it was all up to standard. I am 100% satisfied with Precision and will continue to use them in the future.

Thomas Hoffman was my technician and he did a great job explaining what he was going to do and answering questions. He arrived early (only after calling first to make sure it was ok), assessed the repair and did not perform any repair without my approval. My door received a spring overhaul and it has never worked better or more quietly. He also installed a new keypad. I would recommend Precision and Mr. Hoffman to anyone needing garage door repairs.

I would never use your company. All we had was a simple job to fix our garage door that the cable was off the track. Your guy was very nice but wanted to replace all the parts for our garage door (which didn't need it) for $600. And that was the cheapest of the three estimates he gave us!!! So I called a different local company they came and fixed what was wrong in 30 minutes, No parts needed and the total bill was $96.25!!!!! Your company is a complete rip-off. I will never recommend you or your services.
