We were trapped!! Both cars were in the garage and we couldn't get it open. Called around 4:00pm and Shane Follis showed up around 6:30pm. He was AWESOME!! Talked with us about all of our options, explained everything in detail and helped us make the best decision. He did excellent work and the garage door is humming!!

I purchased a garage door opener about 200 days ago. Yesterday, the entire mechanism collapsed. Called precision, they sent out Brian (amazing!) to fix what a prior installer did poorly. My understanding is that the tech who installed my system is no longer there....that was a good move. Brian was excellent...on time...did a fantastic job.
