Thomas Hoffman, the specialist, came out this morning to give us a quote for our system that was fried by a lightning strike. He was very professional and gave us a variety of choices ranging from simple part replacements to replacing an entire system. I appreciated his thoroughness. We are on a tight budget so the variety of options was so reassuring.

My husband and I chose Precision because it was BBB rated and couldn't miss the nice ad in the phone book. I made an early morning call, after finding that I could not get out of my garage. At first, I was told it could be 7 PM before getting a tech to me. A few minutes later, a call came and a tech was in my area and would be at my door within an hour. A broken spring was replaced and I was able to get out of my garage by mid day, thanks to tech David.

Thomas was very professional, efficient and skilled. Installed new torsion spring, took time to make all the adjustments, and made a good proposal for upgrades to a 15+ year installation. We were very pleased with his work and are considering upgrading our other garage door system.

Fantastic! A remarkably outstanding experience. Overhead belt drive unit failed suddneny mid-Saturday evening, we called them and talked to a really responsive and courteous phone operator. This is truly excellent 24-hour service. We were given a Sunday 12-2 pm slot, and the tech, Thomas, appeared even early! Unbelievable these days. He went to work on warranty repair and replaced the head unit, helped me reprogram the remotes, and we were all done in less than 24 hours from the previous day's failure. I have nothing but excellent all around. This company stands out among all the home service companies. My highest, highest recommendation. Buying the unit with the lifetime warranty was a smart move, and there was not a single quibble about anything. Love Precision Door!

From start to finish a great experience. Had them come and assess a broken door and motor. The technician was honest about my options as to what fixing it would look like vs buying an entire new system. I decided to buy a new system and the installer who came out was also very nice and professional, and my new system is great.

Thomas done a great job! My appointment was at 10:00A.M. He called and asked if I would like to move appointment up an hour which worked out better for us. When he showed up he explained what was going on with our door and explained 3 different price and warranty options. Thomas was very couteous and worked very hard. He our door fixed in about an hour and a half.

WOW, Amazing service!! I called and got someone out to consult within hours. The options were explained in detail and the garage door was fixed within 2 hours from that consult. The technician was courteous, patient and explained every step. I will never use another door service provider.

A neighbor said her son used Precision in the past. I checked on Nextdoor at Forest Hills but didn't see Precision. I'm so happy I went with my neighbor's recommendation. My garage door opener stopped functioning the and backup battery was beeping! My time was scheduled for 9-12 but the they were able to come earlier which was perfect. Jared and his assistant (didn't get his name) were very personable and informative. The door opener simply needed to be reset and I opted for a new backup battery. While he didn't push any service, he noted the problems with the door cable and springs, I'm considering replacing these. I asked for an estimate for hooking up a separate door opener that was in place for the second garage door but never in operation. An estimate was given and they were able to complete the operation at the same visit. I am extremely pleased with the service, the prompt timing and kindness of Jared and his partner. I definitely recommend Precision.

CJ knows his business inside and out. He did not try to repair panels on a 14 year old garage door at my daughter's home. He said that it would be much cheaper in the long run if whole door was replaced, and I agreed with him. Door will be ordered and then installed. Will give a review when the new door is installed.
