I didn't know who to call when my garage door spring broke ! So I Googled it ! Precision had over 100 reviews with a near perfect ??rating for my county !!! These people need to be teaching everyone else how it's supposed to be done ! The app confirmation came to my email, same day , with the guys picture and he calls and shows up in a company marked Truck and uniform !!! My wife was at home with 2 grand children and let him in and has not stopped talking about how great it was having a professional in and out in under 2 hours !! I mean it, these folks need to be training other companies !! I highly recommend them ????

When it came time to replace my garage door opener, I called Precision. They were very courteous and didn't leave any mess at all. I've had them back a couple of times, once to upgrade my outside remote panel, etc., and the same is true. Precision is the only company I would call for anything pertaining to my garage door and my garage door opener.

Mr Thomas came before my appointment time and got the job done in a timely fashion. He is awesome and gave some helpful advice on preventative maintenance that I never even thought about doing. I will definitely be adding Mr Hoffman to my yearly maintenance to do list! Garage door is back up and working fine! Not outrageous pricing like other companies I've called for a weekend emergency service call. We'll definitely recommend your company. Thanks again!
