My garage door spring broke so I checked the internet for repair companies. I chose Precision because the web page was well designed and easy to navigate. This was Saturday and I was relieved that the website stated that service calls were available on weekends. My confidence increased when the phone spokesman was pleasant and thorough so I set an appointment. I received a confirmation email for my appointment shortly after the call. Brandon arrived a few minutes before the time he had informed me by phone that he would arrive. Brandon was personable, professional, and detailed in the repairs he performed. After his expert work my garage door works perfectly.

Website is misleading. Needed spring repair on a single garage door. Website has a coupon for spring repair, but I was told by the technician, "the company no longer does partial repairs." Lowest estimate given for the repair was $519. Calling somebody else.

Todd was prompt, courteous & willing to inspect my garage door tracks plus the rollers to insure proper up & down operation. Todd was the 2nd PDS tech who came to fix my garage door problems & was just as competent & courteous as the tech before him. I can't speak for your other techs, often a different person may not be able to give the same service as the original tech. This is not so with Precision Door fortunately for me! All was super!!!
