We will not recommend your company to anyone. Your technician had the $9.49 part in his hand & informed my wife it would cost $498.00 to repair. I ordered the part on line & will have it installed.

Understood sir! It is always cheaper to do things yourself. We are a service company & we have liabilities. We did not recommend just replacing the piece that was broken. There is a reason that it was broken. We simply wanted to balance the weight of the door to be able to warranty the replacement part. Sorry for the disagreement.

I had broken springs. The entire experience was great. The technician was very friendly, almost like having my son working for me. He did an 'overhaul' of my door and got it working again in about an hour. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs help with their garage door.

WOW! Just had a new garage door installed.....our third in 37 years and the first to actually match the color of our vinyl trim What a BIG change in "curb appeal" - makes me wish our garage door faced the front of the house! Both of your technicians (Lawrence Palmer and Aaron Boner) were top notch. You should be proud to have them represent Precision. Since both techs rate a 5 - guess this gives you a big 10...

Jared came out to fix our garage door after the cable got caught and broke. Also opted to have all the hardware replaced due to being old and not working smoothly. Jared was on time and very professional. He did an excellent job with the repairs and the garage door works better than ever. One star, or less. When I called your company the operator kind of gave me a price for fixing a broken spring on my garage door. The technicians came to my home and quote me a price of two and a half more than the operator. That is crazy and a waste of your Tec time and mine. I got the door repaired for half as much from a big company like yours. The technicians fixed my door in 30 minutes and I saved over 200 dollars. I showed him the bill your Tec left with me.

Unfortunately our customer service representatives cannot quote a total repair price over the phone. They have been given a price range to quote for various parts. A firm quote cannot be given until the door & opener have been properly inspected. The quote that was given was to do what we recommend for optimal performance & warranty. I'm sorry we couldn't agree to do business. We've found that the cheapest route is not always the best.

It is a pleasure to work with your company. I called about a damaged garage door - after hours. Within one hour Ricky Frizzell arrived at my home. He was, without a doubt, a great ambassador for your company. I have a garage door that is approximately 20 years old. The bottom of the door was damaged. Ricky explained that it could be repaired; however, he also pointed out that for a small premium, I could purchase a new door which was much better constructed. I opted for the new door. When he prepared the order, Ricky explained the entire process, time table, etc. When he left, I did not have any unanswered questions about the transaction. I am waiting for my new door to arrive and to be installed. Based upon my experience thus far, I have no doubt that the installation process will be as positive as the service and sale. I am a retired CPA and have dealt with businesses for 40+ years. Your company is one of the very best businesses with which I have ever experienced. I would give you 10 stars if that was an option.

Our technician, Jared, was great!! He was punctual, professional, and very competent. He explained everything that was wrong with our opener, and what needed to be done to fix the problem(s). Our house was recently struck by lightening, which caused part of the problem, but he suggested other issues that needed to be addressed. He put no pressure on us to select the most expensive option, and fully explained each option. He left the garage clean with no mess or trash to deal with after he finished the work. I was VERY impressed.
