Murfreesboro homeowner. Exceeded our expectations. Tech was here within an hour. He was very knowledgeable. In fact, the reason we had a problem with our garage door was due to the prior repair company putting on the wrong parts. The tech was able to diagnose, explain and repair the problem right then! Outstanding service and quality work. Will highly recommend to all our friends!

I purchased a garage door opener about 200 days ago. Yesterday, the entire mechanism collapsed. Called precision, they sent out Brian (amazing!) to fix what a prior installer did poorly. My understanding is that the tech who installed my system is no longer there....that was a good move. Brian was excellent...on time...did a fantastic job.

Brandon arrived early gave me a report on the problem and the cost. He did a great timely repair and explained everything clearly. The cost was more than we had hoped but it was an old door. We were pleased and would recommend Precision. If we need help again they will be our first call. Same day service was a Blessing.
