Well, the reason I called was an emergency. My door rollers had fallen out on one side.{3}. I and a friend could not get it fixed. Your office is in Pegram so I thought the closer the better. Jared, got here and explained the charges to repair. I am not in a position to pay the 300.00 fee. So he listened to me rant and rave and was VERY understanding. I was thankful that he was very professional. He also called in and explained my situation and I was so relieved that that y'all reduced the cost where I could afford the repairs .I also appreciate you taking a check.I WILL RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR. Jared also explained future items i will need to keep my door in good condition. I will call to have that work done. In this day and time people just don't have allot of money for emergency's. Found you in Yellow Pages. Amazed at quick response. Repairman was very nice and did a good job. Only down side was the price. Last time we needed this done was 20 years ago and it was half that price. But I guess everything has gone up. Will call you again, if need be.

I called for my garage door opener to be checked and fixed. The technician arrived early (called first to check if ok and able to be there)the next morning (could've had an appointment that evening of call if I was willing and able). Lawrence, the technician was able to solve the problem quickly and explained to me the reasoning for the door not working. I had precision door service fix a broken spring on my garage door. They were here within an hour after I made a phone call to them. The repair man was very courteous. I do think their pricing is high. Now that I know how to replace the spring I will not call them next time.

I chose Precision from the Yellow Pages phone book. I am glad that I did. My garage door had not worked properly since I bought my house. In the end it just stopped working altogether. The representative from Precision arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained what the problem was and how best to solve it. It wasn't what I wanted to hear but I agreed to the new motor and runner and wall switch. It was fitted and working in no time at all. I now have a garage door that works perfectly every time. Thank you Precision. I would certainly recommend this Company.
