Excellent work by a tremendous asset to Precision Door Service. Shane did a wonderful job. He was on time, completed the job when he said he would, and best of all, he explained everything fully. Precision Door Service should be extremely happy to have someone of Shane's caliber on their staff. While Precision might not be the least expensive in the market, you get what you pay for, a quality product and excellent customer service.

I call we talk over my problem. They was nice over the phone and give me a time that a person will show. they show up at the time given. the repairman give me the cost at three different levels with three different levels of cost. I got the choice of how much that I wanted to pay. I can say at this point with the job finish is this (nice job).

Overall everything was smooth from setting up the appointment to arriving on time and fixing everything as needed. Fixed the broken spring on our single door. Also advised on our other double garage door which we were having problems with and decided to fix that one as well based on the advise and problem had been having. Thanks.

Our garage door bolts came off the wall. The repairman fastened the bolts into the wall and now the garage door works fine. He was timely, polite, and very efficient. We really appreciated the fast service. My husband is very hard of hearing and the repairman called when he was on route giving him plenty of notice to meet him outside the complex. The estimates have been forwarded to our landlord. Thank you once again.

I found out about Precision Door Service from the Val Pak coupon mailing. I called and got an appointment quickly. Shane Follis completed the repair right then and the bill was less than the estimate. Who wouldn't be happy with that? Now our garage door operates so much quieter and goes up all the way instead of hanging down 8 inches. Lifetime warranty on all the parts equates to a no brainer for anyone to schedule their garage door repairs with Precision Door Service. No one likes to spend money on repairs, but I am one happy customer!

The service provided was repair of a broken garage door spring. Brandon arrived exactly on time and was very friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the situation and made recommendations based on both my immediate need to replace a broken spring and my desire to make the door quieter. By the time Brandon left, I had new springs that were superior to the original and a quieter door. Brandon also gave me tips for lubricating key points on the door to minimize noise in the future. Great job, Brandon. I would definitely use Precision Door again based on my experience with Brandon. My overall rating is 5 stars.

I was immediately impressed with your web page and that prompted me to call to inquire about a repair. It was a Saturday morning and my garage door had a broken metal piece and would not close all of the way. I was very pleased to find out that someone could come that day. They said it would be at least 6 pm but the repairman, Todd, called to see if he could come early. He was very professional and was confident in what he needed to do. I felt the price was fair, especially for a weekend. I give a 5-star rating!
