Garage door died on a holiday weekend ( Saturday, July 5). door was so heavy could not be opened manually (at least by us), and both vehicles were stranded in the garage, leaving us prisoners in our own home! Picked Precision off the internet since advertised 7/24 and holiday service (same-day!). App't. set for afternoon. Brandon, the tech, arrived early, quickly assessed the problem and offered options for repair. We chose an option, Brandon went to work (had all needed parts on truck) and door was repaired in 90 minutes. Repair was not inexpensive but,considering the situation, we were very pleased to get the repair done, We would use Precision again for any future garage door needs.

I do not remember my technician's name but he was a very polite young man. Both of my garage doors were having issues. He gave me good data on replacing them vs. repairing them. I decided to see if he could fix them and he did. I bought a new remote and a exterior keypad. Everything is working great. I will be coming back to you guys when I need new openers or if i decide to upgrade the look of the doors.

Your company was the only one that I called that answered the telephone. The person answering was polite and got right down to business. The technician called me before comming out and was early getting to us. He got the damaged door down and out so that we didn't have a safety issue any longer. Next day he came back and installed a new door that we like better than our old one. This is a new home and so the door that I damaged was only 3 months old. The new motor drive and door are both superior to our old one. Mr Bonor didn't waste time and was professional and cleaned up after the job was done. My homeowners insurance representitive commented that the paperwork was well done and left nothing to interpretation. Got my settlement done fast because of that! Please share my comments with anyone that might be considering your services or products. Top notch service and repair and top notch product. We are very satisifed and happy to recomend your company. First experience with PDS. Called at 8 pm after a spring broke. Used Yellowbook, ad for 24 hrs service prompted me to call. Service was set for 11 am next morning. Received call that technician was enroute around 9:30. Brandon quickly assessed the parts needed to repair the spring and suggested a couple upgrades to improve operation. No pressure. The cost for all repairs was known before the work began. Within 1 hr, the repairs were complete. I appreciate the quick response, having the parts for the repair on the truck, and the professional attitude. Overall, great job.

I found Precision in the yellow pages and was impressed by the add. I was even more impressed by the email confirmation of my appointment with a link to the website so I could read reviews of the technician scheduled to assist me and read a little about him as well as see a picture so I would know who to be expecting at my door. Lawrence was prompt and polite. He called when he was on his way to my home. My husband had already "worked" on the door so he had quite a challenge, but he very efficiently was able to get the door open again so I could get my car out of the garage. He fully explained my options and expecting a new door and opener soon. I will definitely recommend your company to my friends and family!

Was very satisfied with the service. Not only was it same day, the tech called before-hand to give us a heads up on the arrival time, arrived when he said he would, was very personable and knowledgeable, had everything he needed to fix the garage doors in his van before he even knew what the problem was, gave us a quick quote and had it all fixed within an hour. I'm not sure how I could ask for better service unless it was free. Great job guys. Good to find companies that still knows what good, honest service is. Lawrence was very knowledgeable about our garage door problems. we called because back in the summer of 2012 we had both our garage doors overhauled by Jeff Z. They were real noisy and slammed against the top. The work done in October by Lawrence is so quiet we can't even hear the door opening or shutting now. We used Precision because of the prompt service and coupon received in the mail.

first time I used Precision, the spring had sprung and there was no escape! They were there quickly, got our cars out and then proceeded to fix us up. The second time was a few years later and a nail had interfered with the cabling. Again, the guy that came out was professional, gave me options and then fixed us up in a very timely manner.
