Leaving for work I discovered the current opener had died. I called Precision and Shane was dispatched and arrived at 2PM the same day. Much appreciated. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful at answering my many questions and ultimately installing the new unit. New 370 unit is much quieter than even my last belt drive was. Shane did a great job, I would highly recommend Precision, and Shane to anyone I know.

They was nice over the phone and give me a time that a person will show. they show up at the time given. the repairman give me the cost at three different levels with three different levels of cost.
