Very satisfying experience from initial contact to completion of job. This was a simple replacement of the entry keypad (the cover had broken off the original one) However, I was treated with respect and courtesy at every level of the process. Would not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone that required their services.

Garage door wouldn't close properly. The eyes needed to be replaced. Technician was very informative and professional. The customer service representative was very efficient and sent someone in a short time. I saw the ad in the Murfreesboro yellow pages.

Our technician Brandon came out and was great to deal with and explained everything that was needed and also why certain other things needed to be done as well and it made sense. He was very professional and patient while I waited on an answer on whether we wanted to do the additional work. He fixed the garage door and springs very promptly. My only comment of concern is not related to Brandon but instead those that take the calls and set up the appointments. They do seem to under quote or mis-communicate the prices as noted by other reviews. They should be a little more versed on the products and the possibilities that additional costs may be warranted and make potential customers aware ahead of time so they don't think repairs will cost around $150 and wind up being $500 - $750 instead. However, based on the excellent service, warranties, guarantees, etc I will definitely recommend the company to others.

We have actually had Precision Garage Door service our garage door in the last few months for totally separate situations. Our garage door began acting up sporadically. We read the reviews of Precision and thought they were our best bet. The technician Stephen came out and after I described what the door was doing he was able to narrow down the problem. Within minutes he had isolated the problem and fixed it. The next time we had a problem with the door in an unrelated matter we immediately called Precision who once again fixed the door promptly.

My tech Stephen was amazing, 5 stars all the way, not only did he come across town at the end of the day, he was delighted and conforting during the repair. He went over all the details before he started and gave me all the options I could pick to have replaced. He went above a beyond during the work and even after by looking over the whole setup to make sure nothing else was out of place or going to faultier in the near future. I called to schedule an appointment and was told the service fee would be $65.00 unless parts were needed. The only thing that was wrong was that the cable had come off the pulley when one side of the door came down on the top and of my garbage can. The technician quoted me around 450.00. He wanted to replace my spring and add an additional along with some brackets. He called his manager and got the cost down to 330.00. He told me if I didn't have him repair it I was still going to have to pay $65.00 just for coming out. I didn't have any choice but to have him fix it. There was nothing wrong with the spring other than a little surface rust. I don't appreciate the unethical way you do business and I wouldn't use you again to save my life. Fool me once......

So very sorry you feel this way sir. Unfortunately when dealing with mechanical issues such as these with garage doors, we have policies & procedures in which we follow. We have to take liability & warranty in account. So we do have minimum recommendations to provide the best warrantied repair possible.

Precision rescued me from what would have been a terrible weekend. Late Friday night my garage door collapsed due to numerous issues. My car was stranded inside the garage with no option to get out. I narrowed my options down to three businesses I thought could handle the situation. The Precision Web Site provided bios and customer feedback ratings for the tech team which was helpful. This information and a guaranteed Saturday morning repair made my decision easy. Chris Norfleet was my technician and he did an outstanding job. He was honest in explaining before he started that Precision's fees are a bit higher but the quality of the work was well worth the fee and the repairs were guaranteed. He finished all the repairs in about an hour while explaining each fix. He even went the extra mile of programming an extra garage opener I purchased a while back. Thank you Chris and Precision for getting me out of a bad situation.

My garage door springs and openers were over 25 years old. The openers worked, and the doors would open with remote openers. However, I wanted to upgrade to the current engineering and technology. First, I scheduled an evaluation. I received an excellent analysis with an estimate for the job. Chris made the evaluation; one week later, he completed the job. The work and new openers are excellent. Now, my wife and I do not know when one of us opens the garage! (The doors and openers are so quite.) Bill Bates Brentwood
