I found out about Precision Door Service from the Val Pak coupon mailing. I called and got an appointment quickly. Shane Follis completed the repair right then and the bill was less than the estimate. Who wouldn't be happy with that? Now our garage door operates so much quieter and goes up all the way instead of hanging down 8 inches. Lifetime warranty on all the parts equates to a no brainer for anyone to schedule their garage door repairs with Precision Door Service. No one likes to spend money on repairs, but I am one happy customer!

The service provided was repair of a broken garage door spring. Brandon arrived exactly on time and was very friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the situation and made recommendations based on both my immediate need to replace a broken spring and my desire to make the door quieter. By the time Brandon left, I had new springs that were superior to the original and a quieter door. Brandon also gave me tips for lubricating key points on the door to minimize noise in the future. I was immediately impressed with your web page and that prompted me to call to inquire about a repair. It was a Saturday morning and my garage door had a broken metal piece and would not close all of the way. I was very pleased to find out that someone could come that day. They said it would be at least 6 pm but the repairman, Todd, called to see if he could come early. He was very professional and was confident in what he needed to do. I felt the price was fair, especially for a weekend. I give a 5-star rating!

We chose Precision because they had installed our garage door several years ago. They did an excellent job, and we were pleased with the result. The spring to the door broke over the weekend. I called on Sunday evening; they came Monday morning, on time. They called before they came. The technician was courteous and good with my dogs, too! He went right to work and repaired the problem. Because the door was still under warranty, there was no charge. I would always use Precision because they have been terrific to work with!
