Overall everything was smooth from setting up the appointment to arriving on time and fixing everything as needed. Fixed the broken spring on our single door. Also advised on our other double garage door which we were having problems with and decided to fix that one as well based on the advise and problem had been having. Thanks.

He started and finished the job on the spot. I am very very satisfied. Thank you precision. Kay

Our garage door bolts came off the wall. The repairman fastened the bolts into the wall and now the garage door works fine. He was timely, polite, and very efficient. We really appreciated the fast service. My husband is very hard of hearing and the repairman called when he was on route giving him plenty of notice to meet him outside the complex. The estimates have been forwarded to our landlord. Thank you once again.

I found out about Precision Door Service from the Val Pak coupon mailing. I called and got an appointment quickly. Shane Follis completed the repair right then and the bill was less than the estimate. Who wouldn't be happy with that? Now our garage door operates so much quieter and goes up all the way instead of hanging down 8 inches. Lifetime warranty on all the parts equates to a no brainer for anyone to schedule their garage door repairs with Precision Door Service. No one likes to spend money on repairs, but I am one happy customer!

Rick was my technician. He called before he came and arrived on time. Rick quickly determined that my problem was not as bad as I thought, talked about timing on when I should replace my springs, and lubricated the door for me. I will recommend your company to all my neighbors and definitely call you when I need future work. Great job Rick!!

The service provided was repair of a broken garage door spring. Brandon arrived exactly on time and was very friendly and professional. He quickly assessed the situation and made recommendations based on both my immediate need to replace a broken spring and my desire to make the door quieter. By the time Brandon left, I had new springs that were superior to the original and a quieter door. Brandon also gave me tips for lubricating key points on the door to minimize noise in the future. Great job, Brandon. I would definitely use Precision Door again based on my experience with Brandon. My overall rating is 5 stars.

This is the second time I've used Precision this year -- two different garages. Both times they were on time, fast service, friendly, clear about what I needed and fairly priced. I'd recommend them and use them again.

I was immediately impressed with your web page and that prompted me to call to inquire about a repair. It was a Saturday morning and my garage door had a broken metal piece and would not close all of the way. I was very pleased to find out that someone could come that day. They said it would be at least 6 pm but the repairman, Todd, called to see if he could come early. He was very professional and was confident in what he needed to do. I felt the price was fair, especially for a weekend. I give a 5-star rating!

Brandon appeared right on time after calling ahead and telling me he was on the way. I really appreciated that. I only needed to have my remote opener re-programmed. He also put a bolt into the other door opener. Just a service charge and that made me happy. Thank you for your hands on service.

We chose Precision because they had installed our garage door several years ago. They did an excellent job, and we were pleased with the result. The spring to the door broke over the weekend. I called on Sunday evening; they came Monday morning, on time. They called before they came. The technician was courteous and good with my dogs, too! He went right to work and repaired the problem. Because the door was still under warranty, there was no charge. I would always use Precision because they have been terrific to work with!
