Would not recommend. They wanted to replace my spring with a new install of an extra springs. They refused to only replace my spring as it has worked for 10 years. I called someone else and just lost a half day, thus not a big deal. That is until I started discussing my door repair at work and found out Precision did the same thing to them. They are fast and professional, however does seem like they like to put in extra springs.

Your Technician, Stephen Barrett, did a fantastic job under extremely cold conditions. (January 7th-The high was about 9 Degrees) I was prepared to replace the entire Door and Opener, but he was able to perform a Double Door Overhaul for much less money. He replaced Overhead Springs, Torsion Springs, Bearings, Rollers, Cables, and Vertical Tracks. The Door was not installed properly by one of your Competitors, who is no longer in Business and their Lifetime Warranty is obviously worthless. Stephen identified the issues and corrected every error. I have already recommended your Company to several of my Co-workers. To say I am Completely Satisfied is an Understatement.

My door got off track and we could not shut it. It was extremely cold outside. Call Percision and they came out that day. The young man that came out seemed to know what he was doing. Had me fixed in no time. Turns out the guy that installed the door had put the rollers on backwards. Had to replace the springs which were a little pricy; but works great!

Excellent Service, timely and fixed the door better than before it broke. Made recommendation for weight of door to improve longevity but made it be our decision. Highly recommend and will use for all future repairs or replacements.

5stars. Stephan came over at the appointed time and actually called me before so I knew when to meet him. He did a great job. I was concerned about my springs being stripped. He installed new springs and the door works perfectly. I should have called Precision weeks ago. So nice not to have to go into the house to open the garage. I can now just pull up, press the opener and roll on. Wonderful!l

I'd called the first-listed company on Google on Saturday, and made a Sunday evening appt. 5 minutes past appt time, I received a call that they weren't going to make it. So here I am at 5pm Sunday evening feeling hopeless, but decided to call the 2nd listed company anyway, which was Precision. A tech was here less than 2hrs later, and he completed a full overhaul by 9pm. That's outstanding in my opinion, and I'm very satisfied. Great job Precision, I'd fully recommend them if you need your garage serviced.

We had a garage door spring to break on a Friday afternoon. I called another company that I had used before and they said it would be Wednesday of next week for service. I then did the Web Search and found Precision Door and called them. They had a service person onsite that day before 6pm, replaced the broken spring and adjusted the door to close properly. I am very satisfied with the excellent response and service that Precision Door provided. I will use them again!!!

Circumstances happened that forced me to deal with your technicians twice in less than one month on two different occasions for two separate and unrelated problems. Thank God we have such reliable and trustworthy service and knowledgeable staff that stand behind the service. This most recent time we called upon you was for an emergency situation late in the day. The emergency phone number to call that the previous technician had stuck to the garage door was a God sent help. The response was prompt and the designated technician, despite the late hour, showed up at our door in less than an hour. Courteous, calm and assuring, he was the perfect addition to the worrisome and distressing situation we were encountering. He showed knowledge and compassion and within less than one hour he was able to straighten out what seemed to me an impossible task to achieve due to the late hour and the condition of the garage door. To me, he was even better than an expensive plastic surgeon, as he went about his job with skill and knowledge and speed to remedy a situation, I thought might not be resolved before the next morning. I thank you and thank him especially for his kind and assuring demeanor that could only be shown by quality real professional. Thank you again as I could not be any happier with your service. It is a service of at least five stars if not more.

Precision Door exceeded my expectations! One of the most recent winter storms left me outside the garage door and skating on ice to my unprotected back door. I grabbed my iPad and looked up overhead door and saw Precision Door. I used their website and saw that they would come out within 24 hours. It was around 8 30pm. At 11 30 am the following morning, the capable and professional technician had replaced the dead wall mount control and installed new rollers on the door. It works beautifully. I also bought 2 additional controls. Thank you for your prompt services.

I received a coupon in the mail. When I read it I called and was happy with the person that took the call. Polite, asking questions as to what I needed. Made an appointment for someone to come to my house the next day. The Next day right on time I got a call from the repairman saying he was on his way to my house. When he got here he was very polite, took a look at the garage door and explained what needed to be replaced. Broken spring, only one spring on a two car door, broken hinge and both cables needed to be fixed. He had all he needed to make the repairs in his truck. He did all the repairs and was done in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with his work. It was nice to have the coupon for $65 off on the service call. My friends have asked who my garage door man is and I was happy to give them your information. A happy customer here.

The door stopped working on the day after New Year's; it was freezing cold & I couldn't even close it manually. I called several places and this is the only one who would come out the same day. The technician called very quickly and came straight out. A big piece of metal had sheared off, and he went to the supply house, came back within an hour, and fixed everything.
