Found you in Yellow Pages. Amazed at quick response. Repairman was very nice and did a good job. Only down side was the price. Last time we needed this done was 20 years ago and it was half that price. But I guess everything has gone up. Will call you again, if need be.

The technician arrived early (called first to check if ok and able to be there)the next morning (could've had an appointment that evening of call if I was willing and able). Lawrence, the technician was able to solve the problem quickly and explained to me the reasoning for the door not working. I had precision door service fix a broken spring on my garage door. They were here within an hour after I made a phone call to them. The repair man was very courteous. I do think their pricing is high. Now that I know how to replace the spring I will not call them next time.

I chose Precision from the Yellow Pages phone book. I am glad that I did. My garage door had not worked properly since I bought my house. In the end it just stopped working altogether. The representative from Precision arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained what the problem was and how best to solve it. It wasn't what I wanted to hear but I agreed to the new motor and runner and wall switch. It was fitted and working in no time at all. I now have a garage door that works perfectly every time. Thank you Precision. I would certainly recommend this Company.

Our technician Aaron was great and really worked hard to diagnose and solve our issue. It was difficult because the garage was working fine most of the time he was on site. However, he made some adjustments/fixes and we have not had an issue since his visit.

I am extremely impressed with Precision's service, from the promptness of the response to my immediate needs to the quality and thoroughness of the repairs. Merrick arrived at 7:20 a.m. on Saturday morning, quickly evaluated the problems why my huge, heavy 18-foot-wide, sectional, metal garage door had suddenly stopped operating, completed all the repairs (including replacing the totally inadequate springs, the shredded worm gear,the nylon rollers, and balancing the door perfectly) and finished in one and one-half hours. Now the door operates truly better than it did when it was new!

Jeff was courteous, kind, and professional. He called me to let me know he would not be promptly at my door at the scheduled appointment time, thoroughly explained what he needed to do, waited patiently while I made my decision, and provided further information above and beyond what he came out to do. Jeff even fixed parts of the garage door that he was not brought out to do, and my garage door is much quieter now!!
