Saturday I had Precision Doors come out and service my garage door. Lawrence was the technician and he did a fine job and in a timely manner. He also went over what was wrong and what could be done to remedy the concerns. I appreciated his explanation of things that I could have done to prevent any future problems.

I called to schedule an appointment and was told the service fee would be $65.00 unless parts were needed. The only thing that was wrong was that the cable had come off the pulley when one side of the door came down on the top and of my garbage can. The technician quoted me around 450.00. He wanted to replace my spring and add an additional along with some brackets. He called his manager and got the cost down to 330.00. He told me if I didn't have him repair it I was still going to have to pay $65.00 just for coming out. I didn't have any choice but to have him fix it. There was nothing wrong with the spring other than a little surface rust. I don't appreciate the unethical way you do business and I wouldn't use you again to save my life. Fool me once......

So very sorry you feel this way sir. Unfortunately when dealing with mechanical issues such as these with garage doors, we have policies & procedures in which we follow. We have to take liability & warranty in account. So we do have minimum recommendations to provide the best warrantied repair possible.

My garage door stuck half-way open on a Sunday afternoon. I had no expectation of weekend service, much less prompt and professional service. I was very pleasantly surprised; a technician was dispatched within the hour. Brandon was courteous and professional as well as quick to fix the issue. The service met and exceeded any expectation that I might have had.

5 Stars for sure! The customer service representative was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful when I called to make an appointment. I was so happy that a technician would be able to come out the next morning, which was a Sunday. The technician, Brandon Christensen, arrived on time and called before hand to let me know he was on his way. He was very nice, professional and let me know exactly what was needed to repair my garage door. He did a thorough job & didn't waste time. I would definitely contact Precision in the future should I have a need. I will also refer others to your company as I really was impressed. Thank you!

Our garage door, installed by Precision before we bought the house, wouldn't open. It turned out some bolts had come loose, nothing more. The serviceman showed up on time, was very pleasant and fixed the door - NO CHARGE. You now have a lifelong customer.

Precision rescued me from what would have been a terrible weekend. Late Friday night my garage door collapsed due to numerous issues. My car was stranded inside the garage with no option to get out. I narrowed my options down to three businesses I thought could handle the situation. The Precision Web Site provided bios and customer feedback ratings for the tech team which was helpful. This information and a guaranteed Saturday morning repair made my decision easy. Chris Norfleet was my technician and he did an outstanding job. He was honest in explaining before he started that Precision's fees are a bit higher but the quality of the work was well worth the fee and the repairs were guaranteed. He finished all the repairs in about an hour while explaining each fix. He even went the extra mile of programming an extra garage opener I purchased a while back. Thank you Chris and Precision for getting me out of a bad situation.

Would not recommend. They wanted to replace my spring with a new install of an extra springs. They refused to only replace my spring as it has worked for 10 years. I called someone else and just lost a half day, thus not a big deal. That is until I started discussing my door repair at work and found out Precision did the same thing to them. They are fast and professional, however does seem like they like to put in extra springs.

Your Technician, Stephen Barrett, did a fantastic job under extremely cold conditions. (January 7th-The high was about 9 Degrees) I was prepared to replace the entire Door and Opener, but he was able to perform a Double Door Overhaul for much less money. He replaced Overhead Springs, Torsion Springs, Bearings, Rollers, Cables, and Vertical Tracks. The Door was not installed properly by one of your Competitors, who is no longer in Business and their Lifetime Warranty is obviously worthless. Stephen identified the issues and corrected every error. I have already recommended your Company to several of my Co-workers. To say I am Completely Satisfied is an Understatement.

My door got off track and we could not shut it. It was extremely cold outside. Call Percision and they came out that day. The young man that came out seemed to know what he was doing. Had me fixed in no time. Turns out the guy that installed the door had put the rollers on backwards. Had to replace the springs which were a little pricy; but works great!

Excellent Service, timely and fixed the door better than before it broke. Made recommendation for weight of door to improve longevity but made it be our decision. Highly recommend and will use for all future repairs or replacements.

He installed new springs and the door works perfectly. I should have called Precision weeks ago. So nice not to have to go into the house to open the garage. I'd called the first-listed company on Google on Saturday, and made a Sunday evening appt. 5 minutes past appt time, I received a call that they weren't going to make it. So here I am at 5pm Sunday evening feeling hopeless, but decided to call the 2nd listed company anyway, which was Precision. A tech was here less than 2hrs later, and he completed a full overhaul by 9pm. That's outstanding in my opinion, and I'm very satisfied. Great job Precision, I'd fully recommend them if you need your garage serviced.

We had a garage door spring to break on a Friday afternoon. I called another company that I had used before and they said it would be Wednesday of next week for service. I then did the Web Search and found Precision Door and called them. They had a service person onsite that day before 6pm, replaced the broken spring and adjusted the door to close properly. I am very satisfied with the excellent response and service that Precision Door provided. I will use them again!!!
