I am extremely impressed with Precision's service, from the promptness of the response to my immediate needs to the quality and thoroughness of the repairs. Merrick arrived at 7:20 a.m. on Saturday morning, quickly evaluated the problems why my huge, heavy 18-foot-wide, sectional, metal garage door had suddenly stopped operating, completed all the repairs (including replacing the totally inadequate springs, the shredded worm gear,the nylon rollers, and balancing the door perfectly) and finished in one and one-half hours. Now the door operates truly better than it did when it was new!

Our technician Aaron was great and really worked hard to diagnose and solve our issue. It was difficult because the garage was working fine most of the time he was on site. However, he made some adjustments/fixes and we have not had an issue since his visit.

Jeff was courteous, kind, and professional. He called me to let me know he would not be promptly at my door at the scheduled appointment time, thoroughly explained what he needed to do, waited patiently while I made my decision, and provided further information above and beyond what he came out to do. Jeff even fixed parts of the garage door that he was not brought out to do, and my garage door is much quieter now!!

Jeffrey was a good worker and salesman, although we did have to call him back twice after the initial visit for adjustments. We started out with one door not closing all the way and one with an issue with the closer. We ended up with the door that wouldn't close all the way being a manual door, because after Jeffrey had talked my husband into complete spring and cable repair for our 20+ year old wooden doors, at a cost of $1218.00, we could not afford the additional $399 to install a new closer.

I chose Precision after trying several other companies. None were able to even assess the problem with my doors. Brian showed up and within 5 minutes had diagnosed the problem, developed a solution, and provided an estimated cost of the needed repairs. Our installation was incredibly unorthodox, but Brian customized the repair and completed it within the estimated time. Our doors have never run smoother or quieter. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If ever I need additional service, I know who to call!

Merrick called as expected when on his way. He arrived in a timely manner and diagnosed the issue quickly. After discussing alternatives I chose to go with the Precision product. Merrick listened and presented alternatives in a manner that let me know he had my interests at heart. I would gladly call Precision for a replacement garage door when my current one "dies" The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish.

It was an accident. I looked in the Yellow Pages and they were next to a garage door business I had called about the problem, but they had fumbled the ball. I liked the lady who handled the call at Precision. She was professional and helpful. The technician who came out was also knowledgeable and helpful. All in all, a good experience. I would give 4 1/2 stars, but that's not available.

I chose Precision from the Yellow Pages phone book. I am glad that I did. My garage door had not worked properly since I bought my house. In the end it just stopped working altogether. The representative from Precision arrived on time and was very courteous. He explained what the problem was and how best to solve it. It wasn't what I wanted to hear but I agreed to the new motor and runner and wall switch. It was fitted and working in no time at all. I now have a garage door that works perfectly every time. Thank you Precision. I would certainly recommend this Company.
