He gave me all of the information, without trying to immediately sell me the top-of-the-line. He explained the differences, what the process would be, what the timelines are expected to be. I could not have asked for a better representative of your company. I used precision 12 years ago, and had the same level of customer service. You don’t find that much consistency with a lot of companies. You get my vote!

Called this morning (8/30/23) at approximately 8:30am and got an appointment for this afternoon because garage door wouldn’t come down under power. Technician called at 3:00pm to say he was about 45 minutes away and arrive a few minutes before 4pm. Had the problem diagnosed within 10-15 minutes and the fix was in place, he checked out everything to make sure everything else was in good shape and was gone within 45 minutes. Highly recommend Tony Strickland, as when I need the door serviced I definitely will be asking for him. Very courteous & professional. Thanks Tony!!
