Brad the technician was very professional and courteous. He came diagnosed the issues and clearly told us what the options are. Weren't pressure into purchasing anything and the estimate was free of charge as stated in the coupon. He seemed very honest and clearly proud of his company that he represents and work for. We'll be contacting him as soon as we decide when we'll going to replace the door. We'll definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

I purchase this opener about 3 1/5 - 3 yrs ago because my Son had the brand and you were the distributor in Nashville. The original installer was great. I have had an annual safety check and this time needed an additional remote for a new car. The service tech was great and I would highly recommend him. One problem, although I greatly appreciated the service I got, but unless there is an emergency with an opener, give the guys Sunday off. They need time with their families or you will lose good people. Just a note this is my opinion, nothing said by the Tech!

Your company supplied and installed a high-quality set of garage doors and the installer, Shane Follis, sure demonstrated that he knows what he's doing. Shane is a professional in the very best sense of the word. Given our double garage's apparently non-standard entry frame, Shane spent what he explained was a well-above average number of hours installing the new garage doors. He explained that the extra effort was the kind of thing that kept his work interesting -- he worked straight through the lunch period and well into the late afternoon. Shane is the kind of employee who makes Precision Doors look very good. The bottom line: The doors look and work great -- and surely Shane is one of your stars!

Jayson, the Precision Technician , was very personable and performed the installation with minimum problems. He explained the whole process associated with the new door opener very well. The service man was great. He actually called and asked to come a little earlier than our appointment. He was very knowledgable and efficient. He also helped us understand a little more about what caused the problem with our door. We only wish that he had worn a mask as we have health issues and are seriously staying at home to avoid contact with other people right now.
