This is a super business. I chose this business because it is a small owner operated one serving my area. I had broken garage door springs replaced and received super service, fast, professional, very reasonable prices and respect for my health as a senior at risk for covid. I highly recommend them.

Everything went just great. The Tech provided good info on the new opener, advised what all it would offer and explained it well after the install on how to operate. Thank you! We will enjoy it for sure!

From our first call to the company to the close of the service we are giving this company a 10+rating. Setting up the appointment and giving the information was easy and efficient, the service person came the SAME DAY and fix the garage door! Our Service person was on time, polite knowledgeable and had our garage door working properly within an hour and this was in 98 degree weather! We had called several other garage repairs service centers who delayed calling back never answering or setting up an appointment to come out - we were ecstatic with the service we received from Precision!!

Robert came out but found everything working fine. One day it wasn't and the next day it was fine. Robert checked everything, explained some things to me. He also discussed options for a new opener. Ours is 17 years old. No charge, but due to Roberts explanations we will probably install a new opener very soon. Great customer service. Robert represents your company well.

Tech was professional and friendly, but three stars only because when I called the person who was scheduling said they checked with the Franklin office and that they definitely were able to replace siding trim on garage doors. But when the technician arrived, he said they don't do that type of work at precision just garage door work. So it sounds like the person scheduling doesn't have the knowledge of what kind of work can be done. I felt like the technician probably could have spent his time better elsewhere and he had to drive 30 minutes to come out and see me. Maybe not the best use of the technician's time. No work was done for my need.

The serviceman Jason Steele came to repair our garage door. But after he took a look and replaced our track we decided to buy a new door. He was very nice and professional but not pushy. Will give 4 stars for Jason. I can not comment on the door because it will take 28 weeks before we get it. The track Jason put allows us to use our door for now.

Jay did an excellent job of repairing our garage door-- he is professional and very pleasant. We would hope to have him again if any further service is necessary. I am very impressed with the customer service your company provided. It was nice to receive prompt emails and especially the email introducing Jay along with a photo of him. This is the first time a ccmpany has provided that and it is a great service. Keep up the good work!

We have used Precision Door several time now and they are absolutely fantastic. We called them out this time because the door wasn't closing. It turned out to be one of my daughters flags covering the electronic eye. No charge!! Jay was the best technician; very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We highly recommend Precision to everyone.
