Excellent service from the beginning - Bianca was friendly and helpful when I called to make the appointment. Lyle showed up at our place towards the beginning of the appointment window. He was polite and gained my trust right away. I called on a holiday and had my appointment within 15 or so hours. Much appreciated - I will call again and recommend my friends and neighbors do the same.

Such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Garage problems started Saturday and by Monday we had Jonathan out here to help. He was so knowledgeable and immediately made me feel confident and comfortable with his abilities. He was so professional and kind. We ran into an unexpected issue, but he was quick to problem solve and finish the job. He went above and beyond to ensure our door was in good, safe working order. I sent an online request today, I got a call and scheduled a time. Jonathan was early and able to replace my opener and repair the other items in less than 2 hours! Fantastic work, he explained everything during the inspection as well as after the installation on how to use the system and set up the keypad! Awesomeness!

Need a bottom panel and was told it would be several months before it would arrive. I am disappointed my car has to sit out outside in the upcoming bad weather. Also our neighborhood has had some cars broken into recently. I do understand the company is having shipping problems though, but hope both of our problems will be solved sooner than later. May The Force be with us!

Our technician (Robert B.) was great. He was both personable and businesslike (a rare combination!). Within a minute after parking his van, he told me what was wrong with our door. Then, he thoroughly explained our various options. We did not purchase anything at the time. But, that is because we will be saving money to buy your top-of-the-line garage door system. We feel that both your products and your people are worth it. We did not feel that way about the last company that we contacted.... (PS: I had to click "garage door repair" in order to send in this form, because "estimate" was not an option.)

Wow I just had a great service tech come to my house. I hired a handyman last month and one of things I needed done was a door adjustment .today I went to open door and would not open all the way. I called Precision Door and Jay the service tech came to my house. He had been working all day and got to the house around 6:30 pm. He was a delight to talk with and knew immediately what was wrong. The adjustment made by handyman was incorrect and I n no time Jay had fixed!!! What a sset to his companyJay serves a pat on the back!!! Great job!!!

An accident pulling out of the garage resulted in a partially opened, steel double door which was unusable. After submitting an online inquire, I received a call back within 3 minutes, and had a service call scheduled immediately to take place within 4 hours. Jonathan, the tech, arrived on time, took a close look at damage and went over all my options for repair. He did a thorough job, worked quickly, and was able to install a new (long overdue) garage door opener which he had on his truck. Hat’s off to Premium Garage Doors - and special thanks to Jonathan - your responsiveness and customer care were exceptional. Door is working smoothly, quietly and Jonathan even helped program my auto remote door opener.

Called for an issue with a cable on one of our garage doors. A real person answered the call, she scheduled a service visit for the next morning, informed me of the service call fee and I had an appointment email in 10 minutes. The service tech sent a text when in route, quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced a frayed cable that had come off the pulleys and then informed me the work was covered under my five year warranty when Precision replaced my springs and cabling. So no service fee and problem fixed less in than 15 hours from when I called. Tech was polite, knowledgeable and considerate.
