Woke up this morning to go to work(430am) and find both my garage door springs were busted. Called Precision 10 min later and they were at my house before noon. I called, and the phone was answered quickly by a real person. Everyone I talked to was very nice and courteous. My repair man arrived ahead of the time window. He went right to work. Finished quickly. Answered all my questions. Explained what he was doing. I wanted to see information on a new garage door. He had it with him, showed it to me. He was not high pressure.
