Contacted Precision late Monday night and scheduled our appointment Tuesday morning with the assistance of two very professional and knowledgeable schedulers, Theresa and Becka. Both were very customer service oriented and respectful. Our technician called early this morning and gave me a window for arrival and confirmed our address. Lyle Rowan arrived as scheduled and introduced himself, confirmed I was the client he was looking for and then quickly assessed our situation. Lyle then explained three options for us to consider for the needed repairs. Lyle is most knowledgeable on his products and what needed to be accomplished. Mr. Rowan was respectful, fastidious in cleaning up the work area and most professional. Mr. Rowan is an asset to Precision.

I had used Precision in the past to repair a broken spring, and the service was so quick and good that when we decided to upgrade to an insulated garage door the decision of who to use was so easy to make in favor of Precision. These guys are awesome! They really stand behind their work. We had some springs replaced on our garage door and it works so much better than it ever did. I admit it was a little more expensive than I thought- but we had two very minor issues With other things that were completely covered. They really stand behind their work and it is very high quality. I Highly recommend these guys! Totally awesome.

My 3 year old opener was intermittently failing. Brad came out a week or so earlier and of course it was working fine. He did a reset and sprayed the rollers and everything worked for awhile. Then the failures started again. I called Monday around noon and was happy to hear there was an opening at 2 that day. Brad came out again and this time just swapped out the head and was finished in about 15 minutes. Everyone was so polite and helpful. Customer satisfaction is clearly a priority with them. Thank you so much.
