My tech,Casey, was superb. The problem was with the remote and the garage door has a mind of its own. Casey figured out it was the logic board and not the remote. He was terrific and never tried to push any other products. Top notch work ethic, something of the past now a days.

There are not enough good words to say about this company and their employees! I have had garage door emergencies twice in the last 11 months. Both times, a service person was at our home within 18 hours. The service men are very knowledgeable about their products, about most products on the market and about the entire process. They are honest in their opinion of what we need and they are efficient. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of ANYTHING to do with a garage door!

our problem was not actually with the door, but with some shifting of the garage. David pointed out what needed to be done, lubed the door rails and after I do some correction will be good as new. Very professional. Will for sure use Precision again if need arises.
