After being left high and dry with a car stuck in the garage by another company I called Precision. After a short and efficient call with the central dispatch David called me to tell me he was on the way. He got there, fixed my springs, gave me great info about both my doors and was done within a hour and a half from my initial call. He even changed a burned out light bulb for me in my garage! Amazing, everyone I know will hear about my experience!

Great Service. The technician called and was actually able to come out earlier, only a few hours after I made the appointment, same day. He gave a thorough explanation of what he was going to check. He went through all the items that were operational, and those that were not. The problem with the door was a simple fix, and paid for only the service needed. Great company. Would highly recommend for any garage door service.

He was ahead of schedule, called to see if he could come early, completely upfront with me about my issue, how to fix and the cost. He’s a very nice and friendly guy. This is the second time we have used this company. A year ad a half ago our spring broke on our single garage door and this week the spring broke on the double door. Each time a very neat young man came with excellent communication skiills and knowledge of the repair required. They arrive right on time and fixed it on the spot in a very timely manner at a fairly reasonable price. I have always been a person that never wanted to have a repairman come without my husband home. Based on the quality of the two employees I have had the pleaser of dealing with, that fear is unwarranted for this company.

The tech, Thomas Hoffman, arrived early (after calling to confirm that was okay) and was very professional. He was able to quickly assess the problems, walked me through a detailed review of the problems and provided options to correct them. Ended up ordering a new door for later installation but Thomas was able to get the old door operational until the new one can be installed. He did an outstanding job & provided a great first impression of your company!
