Had a broken spring and your tech came out and corrected the issue, all under warranty. The tech was obviously well versed in door repair and I'm so thankful for your staff. Amazing experience. To be honest, I chose your company because you were the one in the area that operated on the weekend. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was great and very helpful. Dillon was my technician and I couldn’t have been happier. He texted me throughout the day to let me know when he thought he would be able to get here. This is my second time using Precision Door. The first time my door would not open and we were extremely please with the arrival time got here. They explained several options to me. I choose to get a new opening system rail with a key pad outside. We are very happy and please. He was very professional and polite. He answered all of my questions. Yhe second time was when the remote outside quit working. We were greatful we got the same polite tech to come again. He fixed it and we are very pleased with service.

This company was wonderful to work with. There was some initial confusion on the time block that the service was meant to take place in, but it was resolved and our service was fantastic.
