Very personable service call. Knowledgeable about the product. My only regret is that I really wanted an American or German made product instead of the Chinese made unit. I hope it last at least as long as the Chamberlain unit (old unit still working but needed a new belt after 15 years!) Also bought the nylon rollers and an extra strut and the door operates almost silently. The door and hardware is over 23 years old. Very satisfied so far.

I give 5 stars to Brandon for the recent repairs he did on my garage door. He arrived on time and was extremely professional. He performed a safety inspection of the door and checked all moving parts. All rollers and weather stripping on the bottom panel replaced. If I need future work done I will ask for Brandon . Very satisfied customer!!

I was very pleased with Jeremy He was very knowledgeable and showed me what the problem was with my 30 yr old opener. He installed new one and new hardware. I definitely will refer friends to Precision Garage Door Service. 5 star rating for sure

I have heard your door company is top drawer. Your salesman come out to my mom's home 9/12/2018 to see what is needed to replace her door. He asked for a third down and left me with the impression we would hear from him the first part of the next week. It will be two weeks in two days and we have heard nothing. What is going on ?

I’m a repeat customer that is very satisfied with the product and service. Just replaced the motor and package except for the springs which was my initial purchase. Both techs were very knowledgeable and expedient in completing the job. I called because my garage door started screeching every time it opened and closed. Precision has been my go to service for the last several years, and they had installed a new door opener for me the first of the year, and a new spring the year before. I thought the screeching was due to the spring being wound too tight. It turned out that it was joints and rollers needing lubricated. Dillon was the last tech to come out to our house and he came back to address the problem. He was very patient and oiled all the joints and hinges and the noise stopped. He even replaced the barely 2 year old spring free of charge. Precision is a bit more expensive than some other companies, but they stand behind their work. Their professionalism and service more than make up for the price difference. I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Dylan was very professional, prompt, friendly, and helpful. He looked at the entire garage door system, and I appreciated that he didn’t pressure me to upgrade the service I needed. He explained the problems my motor would experience sometime in the near future, and gave me the option to replace it and save another service call to my house. He completed all repairs in a timely manner and made sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions. I would definitely use Precision Garage Door again and would recommend PGD to my neighbors.

Showed up EARLY (which never happens) and very polite and informational. They were able to analyze and make a recommendation, but since the door is still under warranty I have to go through my builder for the final fix. But in the future, I would will use them and highly recommend them.
