John, our Technician, was great. He explained everything in detail, gave me options and pricing even I could understand. He did an excellent job on the work he did. Afterward he went over everything and made sure my grandson and I could work everything. I would highly recommend him to any of my neighbors and friends. Thanks for a job well done.

On 10/26 I had an issue with my garage door that wouldn't open and close properly. Even though it was a Saturday Precision sent someone out in a very timely manner. The Tech who came was Christopher Jensen. He not only fixed the original issue but also answered some other questions I had relating to my garage doors and as a result he corrected some other issues relating to the doors. If you have a Tech Of The Month Reward it should go to the gentleman. Explained things thoroughly. I have used Precision in the past and would highly recommend them to anyone.
