From start to finish a great experience. Had them come and assess a broken door and motor. The technician was honest about my options as to what fixing it would look like vs buying an entire new system. I decided to buy a new system and the installer who came out was also very nice and professional, and my new system is great.

Thomas done a great job! My appointment was at 10:00A.M. He called and asked if I would like to move appointment up an hour which worked out better for us. When he showed up he explained what was going on with our door and explained 3 different price and warranty options. Thomas was very couteous and worked very hard. He our door fixed in about an hour and a half.

A neighbor said her son used Precision in the past. I checked on Nextdoor at Forest Hills but didn't see Precision. I'm so happy I went with my neighbor's recommendation. My garage door opener stopped functioning the and backup battery was beeping! My time was scheduled for 9-12 but the they were able to come earlier which was perfect. Jared and his assistant (didn't get his name) were very personable and informative. The door opener simply needed to be reset and I opted for a new backup battery. While he didn't push any service, he noted the problems with the door cable and springs, I'm considering replacing these. I asked for an estimate for hooking up a separate door opener that was in place for the second garage door but never in operation. An estimate was given and they were able to complete the operation at the same visit. I am extremely pleased with the service, the prompt timing and kindness of Jared and his partner. I definitely recommend Precision.

CJ knows his business inside and out. He did not try to repair panels on a 14 year old garage door at my daughter's home. He said that it would be much cheaper in the long run if whole door was replaced, and I agreed with him. Door will be ordered and then installed. Will give a review when the new door is installed. I didn't know who to call when my garage door spring broke ! So I Googled it ! Precision had over 100 reviews with a near perfect ??rating for my county !!! These people need to be teaching everyone else how it's supposed to be done ! The app confirmation came to my email, same day , with the guys picture and he calls and shows up in a company marked Truck and uniform !!! My wife was at home with 2 grand children and let him in and has not stopped talking about how great it was having a professional in and out in under 2 hours !! When it came time to replace my garage door opener, I called Precision. They were very courteous and didn't leave any mess at all. I've had them back a couple of times, once to upgrade my outside remote panel, etc., and the same is true. Precision is the only company I would call for anything pertaining to my garage door and my garage door opener.
