I saw a sticker on the garage door ,but when the repair guy came he said that he don't work on Genie model, and just told me that the pulley teeth broke, so I need a new one, and call back when I can purchase a new one, and left, that was worth $65.00.

Had a broken spring and your tech came out and corrected the issue, all under warranty. The tech was obviously well versed in door repair and I'm so thankful for your staff. Amazing experience. To be honest, I chose your company because you were the one in the area that operated on the weekend. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was great and very helpful. Dillon was my technician and I couldn’t have been happier. He texted me throughout the day to let me know when he thought he would be able to get here.
