Dillon was very friendly, professional and did a great job. He arrived early and had my repair done in a short amount of time. In addition to the springs being replaced, I opted for the total overhaul strictly for the life time warranty. I would obviously recommend Precision to anyone for your garage door needs.

I recently had springs replaced on my garage and some new nylon rollers installed from Precision. Thomas Hoffman came out and was really fast, easy to talk with, and did the most excellent job! The door is very quiet when opening and closing - amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend Precision for any garage door needs. 5 stars all the way.

Thomas is courteous and professional. He explained garage door and opener details and options clearly. We hoped for repair however by comparison realized that a new system was the most practical and cost effective for our long term plans. He was considerate of our time and concerns. We called Precision on Sunday April 29. They came the same day replaced our garage door springs, rollers, drums and cables. Thomas explained everything very well and presented us with options. We found him professional and prompt. Would definitely recommend using Precision.

I recently had to replace the spring on my garage door. I called Precision on the weekend and was able to have a technician come to my hose that day. When the technician, Lyle , arrived he was very courteous and explained all my options to me. I decided to upgrade everything that was subpar and or broken.Lyle was fantastic and knew what he was doing beyond a doubt. I would highly recommend Precision for anything related to garage doors. I called about mid-day on Friday to ask for help with my broken garage door mechanism. The young lady who took my call was extremely courteous and set up an appointment for a service person to be at my home later in the day. I received a call from Justin Sanders at about 5pm. He informed me he would arrive around 6 pm. He did get here at the time he indicated. He explained what was wrong, what he could do to repair it, and gave me the costs of each of three possible repair options. I made a decision, and Justin proceeded to do the job. He was prompt, courteous, and informative. I will certainly call Precision if I have any more problems.

Technician Thomas was professional and knowledge about his job. Got my garage door up and running in about 30 minutes. Would have given 5 stars but I felt the fees was somewhat pricey.

I didn't even get to meet the repairman, but he was as polite and professional over the phone that anyone could possibly be. He repaired my issues with my door and it works like a charm.
