I choose Precision because their location seemed to be close to mine. I had tried to make an appointment with a company we had used in the past but they could not release my car from the garage for 5 days. I appreciated the ease of making an online appointment with Precision. As it turned out the technician, Jack, was working in another part of the state; 1 1/2 hours from me. Although Jack was late arriving at my home at the requested time; he kept me informed of his progress and travel. Jack was thorough and explained all my options but did not pressure me to purchase more than I thought necessary. Hopefully it will not be necessary in the near future but I would not hesitate to contact Precision again.

The scheduling and service were prompt and efficient (same day as we called). The communication from the company and the technician, Jack, regarding Jack's estimated time of arrival was accurate. Jack was thorough in his inspection of the garage door and his recommended service. Although he recommended certain repairs over and above the replacement of the garage door springs (which was the specific issue we called about), he did not push or sell unnecessary service. He completed the repairs promptly and within his service time estimate.

We had the garage door spring break 10-14-23. I called and the girl I spoke with was friendly and professional. They sent Jack out to fix it. He was nice and professional. We are going to add a garage to our home and we will definitely call Precision for or garage doors.

Jack came to our house around 5:30 in the afternoon. Our garage door was making a lot of noise. Jack said that for now all it really needed was some lubricant and explained why it was making the noise when opening and closing. He also gave us an estimate if we wanted to replace cables and rollers in the near future. I was impressed with Jack - very friendly and did not try to oversell anything.

Needed battery back up replaced in garage door. Jack Hodges called and texted me when he was arriving. I appreciate the text with his picture. You can never be too safe. The ability to call the day before, have a technician come and complete the repair is Awesome. Jack was friendly and very efficient. He explained what the problem was and the fix. The broken cable on my garage door was replaced. The friendly worker came at the earliest estimated time. (The promptness was greatly appreciated.) I did not respond to an ad. My choice to use Precision was based on past positive results.

Jack arrived when promised and was very thorough with the inspection of my garage door and all its systems. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my door opener and remedied the problem. Jack surpassed all my expectations with respect to his trade, he was respectful and timely with the repairs. I would not hesitate to have Jack return for any future repairs.

Jack Hodges was exceptional!! If you had a 10 star rating he would qualify. Personable, qualified and explained everything. The garage doors no longer squeal going up and down. The doors are in good working order after lubricant was applied. Jack suggested a yearly checkup which is an excellent idea. I chose Precision Door because of your ad in "The Home Mag". The pictures in the ad are beautiful and effective. Many thanks for this experience.
