I called Precision at 7:15 am and the Precision Technician Jack Hodges was at my residence by 9:00 am. Jack was very personable. He inspected my garage door and provided me with an estimate for repairs. I conferred with him regarding options/needs and then after my approval Jack completed the repairs. Two garage door springs were replaces, tension springs, center bearing plate, end plates, cable drums, and tube shaft struts. The work was completed in approximately 1 hour. Jack demonstrated how to lubricate the door semi-annually.

Our garage door stopped working. I called to schedule an appointment. The technician Jack was professional, knowledgeable and helpful! After he did some testing of our equipment, he recommended several solutions to resolve the issue and explained the pros/cons. We chose the solution and he quickly made the necessary repairs. "Precisely" what I needed. Awesome experience with these guys. Garage door was a bit off track. Jack came out, quickly, analyzed the problem and gave me *options* on what we could do. "We can get you up and running for x, my recommendation is y, and here are z possibilities" I took his recommendation and we also decided to replace the opener itself. He explained the differences in service and warranty very well. Even programed my car before leaving. Very happy with the service. I would highly recommend to anyone, and will also be utilizing them again for any future needs.

It's just a matter of time before the garage door spring breaks. So, ours did it yesterday. We called Precision and got an appointment the next day. Jack Hodges arrived as scheduled. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He checked it all out and gave us options from "just fix it with minimum parts" to "you may want to replace this or that to avoid issues later" and let us decide. He immediately did the requested work, very professional. Also gave us advice on doing our own regular maintenance and how to check the springs for weakness as time goes on. Very much appreciate the service Jack!

Jack Hodges was exceptional!! If you had a 10 star rating he would qualify. Personable, qualified and explained everything. The garage doors no longer squeal going up and down. The doors are in good working order after lubricant was applied. Jack suggested a yearly checkup which is an excellent idea. I chose Precision Door because of your ad in "The Home Mag". I choose Precision because their location seemed to be close to mine. I had tried to make an appointment with a company we had used in the past but they could not release my car from the garage for 5 days. I appreciated the ease of making an online appointment with Precision. As it turned out the technician, Jack, was working in another part of the state; 1 1/2 hours from me. Although Jack was late arriving at my home at the requested time; he kept me informed of his progress and travel. Jack was thorough and explained all my options but did not pressure me to purchase more than I thought necessary. Hopefully it will not be necessary in the near future but I would not hesitate to contact Precision again.

The scheduling and service were prompt and efficient (same day as we called). The communication from the company and the technician, Jack, regarding Jack's estimated time of arrival was accurate. Jack was thorough in his inspection of the garage door and his recommended service. Although he recommended certain repairs over and above the replacement of the garage door springs (which was the specific issue we called about), he did not push or sell unnecessary service. He completed the repairs promptly and within his service time estimate.

Jack came to our house around 5:30 in the afternoon. Our garage door was making a lot of noise. Jack said that for now all it really needed was some lubricant and explained why it was making the noise when opening and closing. He also gave us an estimate if we wanted to replace cables and rollers in the near future. I was impressed with Jack - very friendly and did not try to oversell anything.
