I’m from Nashville TN. I recently retired from the Navy after 20 years of service. I have previous experience in the garage door industry and It’s something I enjoyed doing. I’m married with 3 boys. I own Country Lane tree farm in Springfield TN. I spend my free time working on the Farm or doing anything outdoors. I look forward to meeting you.

To our dismay, our garage door only opened half-way. We eventually got the car out and called Precision. Delightfully, we were told a technician would be out later THAT DAY! We received a text indicating who the technician would be, his bio, and when he would arrive. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Until recently we have found our service exemplary. We would call and get an immediate response and service. My wife called on multiple occasions to speak with a technician about reprogramming a keypad on our garage but no one would call her back. Once we gave up and scheduled a full service call we got immediate attention. And a bill for for $65.00 for a 5 minute service visit. I find this to be an ownership issue and all of the technicians we have had have been excellent.

Needed to have one of my garage doors looked at because it was not closing all the time (interrupted signal). Jon (my technician) came out and diagnosed a problem with the circuit board on the motor and replaced it for me. Came back later the same day to fix a short that still persisted.
