One of my springs broke. I called and a technician was at my home in less than 3 hours! New springs and other items done quickly, and professionally! Lyle was our tech and did a tremendous job! He explained what was needed and got to work. He cleaned everything up before he left! I also purchased a new exterior keypad. He installed and programmed it, as well! I recently had to replace the spring on my garage door. I called Precision on the weekend and was able to have a technician come to my hose that day. When the technician, Lyle , arrived he was very courteous and explained all my options to me. I decided to upgrade everything that was subpar and or broken.Lyle was fantastic and knew what he was doing beyond a doubt. I would highly recommend Precision for anything related to garage doors. Technician took the time to explain possible options for my particular situation. Very informative and enlightening. After deciding on the work to be done and price the tech started and was very thorough and professional. He made sure everything worked properly before leaving. Had a spring bust on our garage door. Did a little research and decided on Precision for the numerous positive reviews and plus there was a discount for teachers, which my wife is. The next evening they had a technician, Lyle, at my house. He arrived as I was pulling in to my driveway, right on time. He was efficient, professional, and thorough when explaining my options. Afterwards he showed me exactly what was done and explained everything. From start to finish, it was right around an hour. Very happy with my choice!
