I called and within 3 hours the service tech Robert arrived and fixed our issue. We had to replace 2 key pads and he took care of that and also checked the garage doors to make sure there were not any other issues. In May 2015 Precision Garage Door Service of Nashville installed a “top of the line” insulated garage door with windows and the LiftMaster #8550 Elite Series 3/4HP with built-in battery and MyQ Technology. Since the install this garage door and system has performed flawlessly with me doing the maintenance. I decided to engage Precision to do a check-up of my door and system seeing as it has been in use for seven years and they sent out Robert Barnett to take care of me. To use Robert’s words…the “door and equipment still look and operate like they are new”. Robert went through the entire system, ran tests, and didn’t even see the need to lubricate the system. He provided me some tips on maintaining my system in good condition and even showed me a diagnostic tip on the MyQ App. Overall…an exceptional experience and Robert took great care of me. Thanks Precision…you installed an excellent system that is still running great today!

The work was great and the installation went really well. Not really happy about the price. The estimate came in $150 more that other bids for the same type of springs and other work that needed to be done. We appreciate you bringing the cost down a bit but still were higher than other companies. The Tech deserves a thumbs up!

My technician, Robert, had a challenging morning with something going wrong with his vehicle and him having to get a different one. He nevertheless arrived on time and did a good job assessing the situation and giving me information about my options. He answered all my questions and was knowledgable about the various products available. Unfortunately there is a long waiting period for the door to arrive (not the fault of Precision) so I won't get my replacement door for several months. Robert was able to close and secure the current door for safety, which I appreciated.

Robert came out but found everything working fine. One day it wasn't and the next day it was fine. Robert checked everything, explained some things to me. He also discussed options for a new opener.
