Hello, my name is Preston Waddell. Originally from North Carolina, I was born and raised in the garage door industry, working on garages from an early age. I love country and bluegrass music and may surprise you with my knowledge of the old stuff! I am an avid musician in my spare time, and now happily call Nashville, TN my home. I called this morning because the garage door wouldn't work. An appt was available this afternoon. Preston came and diagnosed the problems, explained what was needed to fix the door. He worked in the very hot garage for about 1 1/2 hrs. The temp was 102 degrees. He was so personable, knowledgeable, efficient, hard-working, & got the job done. I am very grateful to Precision Garage Door for the same day service the & excellent technician. He was very courteous, professional & efficient. Thank you.

I set my appt online, got a quick message back confirming the appt. Got a text with the tech's name (Preston Waddell in this case/ Great Guy!) his arrival time etc. Got another notification when he arrived. Really liked the communication. Really liked the tech also. He was very knowledgeable, took the time to check everything and worked with us on getting the repairs done that we needed. I would highly suggest asking for Preston if you need service for your garage door!

Because of the age and condition of our door, we wound up ordering a new door (From Precision, of course). Until the new door arrives, Preston got our old door up and running again to our satisfaction. And while only a temporary fix for now, our old door is again usable and serviceable until our new Precision door can be installed.
