My garage door broke on a Saturday afternoon. Precision was actually about the only Customer service that had a live body. The customer service personnel were professional and helpful including interested in helping me fix my issue immediately. I asked if they could fix on Sunday and they made it happen. The technician called prior to arriving for the appointment to confirm. He was professional, well organized and I was pleased with the efficiency that the job was completed.

He had no wasted motions in his work of repairing and servicing our overhead door spring and doing a replacement and tuning of the entire system. We had an excellent experience with the repair. We really appreciate the photos of the technician being provided before they get to the house. In this day and age one never quite knows who to trust. When I called for an estimate to repair my door (on a Sunday), I had no idea that someone would be out the same day for the estimate and complete the job. The technician, Lawrence Palmer was outstanding. He came in assessed the situation and gave us our options. Was very personable and seemed very dedicated to his job and employer. The only negative was the cost. Seemed very expensive for the work that was done. All in all, highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Had been having trouble out of my old door opener for about 3-4 days. Called Precision from their Yellow pages add. I was pleased to see they had 24-7 service. The tech called when he was supposed to, & showed up when he was supposed to (something I've had trouble with other companies in the past). I choose Precision garage doors for the information and professional website that I read. I was so pleased that they were able to come out the very same day and repair the garage door. I appreciated the email confirmation and notice of who would come to my home for the repair. They were very professional and used quality replacement parts. The garage door works better now than it did when it was new. It now has the proper size springs and equipment necessary for it to work properly. Very happy with the work and professionalism they showed.
