I love Precision doors! I have had to have them come out several times because we have messed the garage doors up. U not pulling up enough in the garage. I have been very lucky to get Brandon each time. There isn't a nicer young man. He is kind, honest and just a good guy. You feel very safe and taken care!

We were very pleased with the work done by Precision door. The door spring broke late Monday night and by Tuesday afternoon it had been fixed and works now better than ever. The new springs and pulley make the door go up and down more easily than ever. The repair man was really good and let me know what my options were. The price seemed kind of high, but after calling 2 other places, Precision had the best price also. 5 stars overall.

The Precision Staff was very professional and efficient. I was very happy with the install process. Installer was on time and finished project very timely manner. This is my second experience with Premier. Both in 2012 and now, I have been very pleased with the timeliness, efficiency, and skill set of the service techs. With today's work request, Brandon and his assistant were on time, provided clear informations and instructions, installed a new opener, and straightened out some amateur electrical installation that the previous homeowner did on the opener that was installed in 2002. Your prices are outrageous. I was quoted a price for a new opener of $1000. That is highway robbery. I was also quoted a price for a 110 pound garage door spring of $100, which is also highway robbery. Do you actually find people willing to pay these prices? Shame on you for charging 3 times what it would normally cost for these services and parts.
