Hello, my name is Preston Waddell. Originally from North Carolina, I was born and raised in the garage door industry, working on garages from an early age. I love country and bluegrass music and may surprise you with my knowledge of the old stuff! I am an avid musician in my spare time, and now happily call Nashville, TN my home. I called from an ad, and arranged a service call. I was surprised to get one the next day. The tech that came was courteous and professional. He examined my doors and then presented the repair options. Once i approved the repair, they quickly and efficiently replaced the parts, and tuned up all the functions of both doors. This was a great service experience.

Precision put in a new garage door for us a few years ago and we had excellent service at that time. So when we started having issues with our door going down this weekend, we called and were given a time slot the very same day. Called precision door in the evening my called was returned and service was scheduled in the morning the next day. The service tech Preston Waddell was very knowledge explained the problem and issue was repaired in record time. I was expecting a lower price the material costs seem a little high . would use Precision Door again and recommend them .
