I purchased a new garage door opener and Lyle Rowen came out to my house, installed the opener, programmed the keypad and also my Homelink button in the car. He was very professional, courteous, very knowledgeable as well as friendly. I can happily recommend Lyle to anyone who needs help with their garage door, opener, springs, etc.

Precision Garage Doors has, by far, been the best company I have ever worked with regarding any sort of repairs that I have had done in my home. They have been super responsive each time, showing up sooner and quicker than I ever expected. The technicians each time we've put in a service call have been very knowledgeable and very friendly, and they have resolved the issue each time and I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of as far as the price or the work being done. I just wish I felt this way about the other companies I have worked with when I've had other repairs on my home. The scheduling and service were prompt and efficient (same day as we called). The communication from the company and the technician, Jack, regarding Jack's estimated time of arrival was accurate. Jack was thorough in his inspection of the garage door and his recommended service. Although he recommended certain repairs over and above the replacement of the garage door springs (which was the specific issue we called about), he did not push or sell unnecessary service. He completed the repairs promptly and within his service time estimate.

The technician discovered the problem with the garage door opener quickly after arriving. He explained the problem to me and told me how it could be fixed. Then his trainee-assistant did the repair work, which took only a few minutes. Both men were very courteous and professional.

Precision is a a great name for this company so far. I went to the website to book an appt to redo my garage doors and within 15 minutes someone called to schedule! Dillon just left. He was courteous, on time (early), and thorough. I received my quote before he left my driveway. This was not the cheapest quote but with the customer service I received, I will be moving forward with replacement with Precision.

The broken cable on my garage door was replaced. The friendly worker came at the earliest estimated time. (The promptness was greatly appreciated.) I did not respond to an ad. My choice to use Precision was based on past positive results.

I called from an ad, and arranged a service call. I was surprised to get one the next day. The tech that came was courteous and professional. He examined my doors and then presented the repair options. Once i approved the repair, they quickly and efficiently replaced the parts, and tuned up all the functions of both doors. This was a great service experience.
