When calling Precision we expected a technician to be able to come in a few days. We were delighted to have Preston Waddell arrive the same day. He evaluated our needs and discussed the options available to resolve the problem. We purchased a new garage door opener and keypad replacing the ones we had used for more than 25 years. Preston was extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. He certainly represents your company well. From the moment the phone was answered to the completion of the installation our experience could not have been better.

Our garage door stopped working. I called to schedule an appointment. The technician Jack was professional, knowledgeable and helpful! After he did some testing of our equipment, he recommended several solutions to resolve the issue and explained the pros/cons. We chose the solution and he quickly made the necessary repairs. Very pleased with the results!

My garage door broke one day and I was not sure how safe it was for me to repair, as I know the counter-tension springs can be an issue. John came out and looked the door over, pointing out that it was in fact my counter-tension spring that had failed but also took the time to show me which parts were in good shape and which could use replacing. So we made a list and John had everything working again in about an hour. He was knowledgeable, took the time to show and explain everything to me so I understood, and he helped me figure out the best product selections that fit my budget. 5 STARS! Thank you John!

Precision had compassion for my dilemma after dealing with their competitor, came out on a Saturday call (NOT demanding $400 to come out), and solved the issue which arose after I used their competitor. I called from an ad, and arranged a service call. I was surprised to get one the next day. The tech that came was courteous and professional. He examined my doors and then presented the repair options. Once i approved the repair, they quickly and efficiently replaced the parts, and tuned up all the functions of both doors.
