I appreciated the emails that included photographs of the technicians who you may have visit your home. Merrick and Jared were great to work with. Both of them answered all of our questions and offered lots of information that we needed in making our choices. They were both very friendly as well. WE HAVE BEEN USING PRECISION DOOR NOW,GOING ON 4 YEARS. WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER. THE TECHNICIAN(JARED)WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY FRIENDLY. HE CORRECTED THE PROBLEM WITHIN AN HOUR. WE HAVE A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON THE OPENER AND THERE WAS NO CHARGE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED PRECISION IN THE PAST AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO. THANKS!

The price was a little high but you pay for good quality,plus you can't beat the lifetime warranty. Brian was my technician who was very professional,knowledgeable,nice and explained what he was going to replace and what all he was going to do to both doors. I would use Precision Door again and I would ask for Brian again. I do like knowing and seeing a name and picture of my technician. I will refer Precision to my friends.

Well, the reason I called was an emergency. My door rollers had fallen out on one side.{3}. I and a friend could not get it fixed. Your office is in Pegram so I thought the closer the better. Jared, got here and explained the charges to repair. I am not in a position to pay the 300.00 fee. So he listened to me rant and rave and was VERY understanding. I was thankful that he was very professional. He also called in and explained my situation and I was so relieved that that y'all reduced the cost where I could afford the repairs .I also appreciate you taking a check.I WILL RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR. Jared also explained future items i will need to keep my door in good condition. I will call to have that work done. In this day and time people just don't have allot of money for emergency's. Found you in Yellow Pages. Amazed at quick response. Repairman was very nice and did a good job. Only down side was the price. Last time we needed this done was 20 years ago and it was half that price. But I guess everything has gone up. Will call you again, if need be.
